1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The entry period for the Tweet n Seek product hunt begins on May 27th, 2009 at 10:00:01 AM PST ("Promotion Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER:

(1) During the Promotion Period, register as a Buy.com follower on Twitter, http://twitter.com/buy_com ("web site") and wait for first contest clue to be given. There is no purchase necessary to enter.

3. AWARDING OF PRIZE: Returned responses will be reviewed from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, with the winner being announced on or about May 28th, 2009. This contest is conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants involved.

No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner will receive all prizes on or around June 30th, 2009.
