How do I access the Seller Account section?
At the top of the Buy.com web site you will see "My Account". If you click on "My Account" it will take you to a login page. Enter the logon name and password. Once inside, you will see in large bold text, "View Marketplace Seller Account", this will take you into your Seller Account.

Where do I go to change the pricing and inventory of my product listings through Marketplace?
Sellers can change pricing and inventory in the "Manage Your Inventory" section of the Seller Account. Once in the "Manage Your Inventory" section of the Seller Account, click the "Open Listings" text link to locate your listing. Once you locate your listing, click on it to update your pricing and/or inventory.

How do I view my Product Listings?
Go into the "Manage Your Inventory" section of the Seller Account. You will see two links, one for "Open Listings" and the other for "Closed Listings". You can click either option to view your open or closed listings.

Can I download my listings?
Yes. Under the "Manage Your Inventory" section, click on the "Download your current posted inventory" text link. Follow the popup screens and you will get a download of all your closed and open listings within minutes.

Where can I view my orders?
Sellers can view their orders in the "Manage Your Orders" section of the Seller account. Within this section a seller can filter various criteria and find their orders by date ranges, Order ID, Listing ID or by the Buyer's email address.

How do I download my orders?
In the "Manage Your Orders" section, click on the "Download your open orders" text link and then follow the instructions on the popup screens.

How do I mark an order as shipped?
In the "Manage Your Orders" section, you first need to locate your order by clicking on the "Search Your Marketplace Orders" text link. Once you have located your order, you can mark the order as shipped by clicking on the "Mark as Shipped" button.

How do I issue refunds?
In the "Manage Your Orders" section, you first need to locate your order by clicking on the "Issue a Refund" text link. Once you have located your order, you can start the refund process by clicking on the "Issue Refund" button and then following the instructions on the pages that follow.

Can I issue partial refunds?
Yes, you can refund any amount up to the total amount of the order.

Where do I go to view my Payment History?
Go to the "Payment History" section of the Seller Account. Click on the "View your payment statements" text link. There, you will see a web page with all of your statements. To view a specific statement, simply click on the "Statement ID" and input the necessary information.

Where do I go to get more information regarding my Seller Account?
Go to the "Seller Account" section of the Seller Account. Clicking on the "Seller Help Information" text link will take you to the "Marketplace Sellers' Guide" Web page that provides information on the following:
  • Seller Fees
  • Filling an Order
  • Order Confirmation
  • Shipping Options
  • Shipping Credit
  • Packaging
  • Refunding Buyers
  • Buyer Satisfaction
  • Seller Feedback

Where can I view my Rating and Feedback information?
In the "Seller Account" section of your account, click on the "View your ratings and feedback" text link, this will take you to your Rating and Feedback information.

How do I edit my seller information?
In the "Seller Account" section of your account, click the "Edit Seller Settings" text link. This section will allow you to view and edit your information. On the Update Seller Account page, you can update:
  • Business Name
  • Name of the checking account
  • Routing Number
  • Account Number
  • Check Number
  • Tax Info
Once you have made changes, you will have to click the "Update Account" button for the updates to take effect.
