I would like to take this time to let you know that I am more than pleased with your company. Over the past year, I have made multiple purchases from Buy.com. Each time, I compare prices with a major company in Seattle (which I do not wish to mention the name of). And each time, your prices are better. One may believe that better prices lead to worse service. Anyone with this idea of your company is dead wrong. Not only is your web site easy to browse, but also every order I have placed has been treated with great service. One example: I ordered a book known to be on backorder everywhere and have received an email each week giving me the option of canceling my order because you are unable to locate the book. Don't have a question, just wanted to give some feedback. Bottom line is, I've been a customer for a few years now, having bought a variety of item from you, such as an Epson laser printer, and several books. Most recently, I ordered 5 books this past Wednesday evening, April 17. Since I opted for the free shipping on orders over $99 and under 20 pounds, I figured it would take a week or more for the books to arrive. Lo and behold, they arrive today, April 20, less than 72 hours after I placed my order. I'm quite impressed with your service, and in fact have always received what I consider to be excellent and prompt service from Buy.com. I don't hesitate to write a company when I think they need to correct something (which I don't do all that often), so I felt the least I could do is pass on my compliments.
