Burn Notice-Season 2 new! | | | Starring: Bruce Campbell Gabrielle Anwar | | Format: DVD Release Date: 6/16/2009 | | Burn Notice, Season Two - DVD Review By: Fitz - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 6/22/2009 9:04 AM | | Imagine if you will a television series with the dry wit of House, the improvised gadgetry of MacGyver, and the spy games of the Bourne Identity. Then you might have an idea of what Burn Notice is like before you watch it. I have to admit when season one started airing on the USA Network, I avoided it, thinking it would be formulaic and boring. But I caught myself watching when season two began airing last summer. And then it was too late for me. I'd been ensnared by the witty dialog, clever contraptions, and a great pairing of writers and actors. At that point I went to Hulu and began watching all the episodes I'd missed from season one. And then I made sure I caught all of season two when it aired. I was hooked. read the full review

Ice Age- The Meltdown (Widescreen) | | | Starring: John Leguizamo Ray Romano | | Format: DVD Release Date: 10/14/2008 | | Ice Age: The Meltdown By: Sean O'Connell - filmcritic.com DVD Reviews Published on: 11/17/2006 12:32 AM | | I hated Ice Age. The prehistoric road-trip comedy arrived in theaters on the heels of the superior Shrek and paled in comparison. Even judged on its own merits, Age moved like a two-ton glacier, suffered from a by-the-numbers screenplay that failed to take one risk, and overdosed on sadistic slapstick humor last utilized by the animators of Tom and Jerry. read the full review

Sorry, folks -- the star of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li is not the mouth-drippingly voluptuous lead actress Kristin Kreuk. It's actually supporting actor Chris Klein, who may very well be our next Keanu Reeves. Klein must have flash-kicked himself in the brain, because his acting is so outrageously horrid and emotionally vapid he inspires unsolicited laughter. In fact, if Klein had more airtime in the movie, I might have sat through the whole thing. That's right: I walked out (after an hour). And this is the only movie I've walked out of my entire life.

Barga - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 4/5/2009 6:38 PM | | Last year, one movie captured America’s hearts and minds. The movie, which was on the path to nowhere (straight-to-DVD release), reached out and was seen by millions of people across the country. The same movie won eight Academy Awards, the most for a single movie since the Lord of the Rings series. That very same movie is now available on Blu-ray and standard DVD. Yes, America, Slumdog Millionaire has just been released for you to own. read the full review
