The earpieces are great and comfortable, keeping wind noise out and enabling low volume levels. The sound quality is excellent. The controls are easy to use while I bike and run. Able to control the phone well. ie music/call start/answer and stop/end. The cable clip has good strength, but sometimes the cable can work its way off the clip. It has been great enabling me to bike and control the berry from a single control with one hand. I only wish that the controls were water/sweat resistant. The unit worked fine until I started running with it. I had run the cable through the inside of my shirt and the sweat damaged the control contacts and it began to do strange things. I have ordered a replacement and expect it to not have any problems with the cable and controls on the outside. I bought one for a friend and they have not had any problems. (Warned about putting cable and controls on inside of clothing.) They say and I agree that this is making them enjoy their Berry Tour even more since it is now a more all around use device, ie Itunes/MP3.
