It works on my Mac. However, I must say I'm not satisfied with the speed. Writing and reading are slow, although the light on the drive blinks fast. What is annoying is that it usually takes a while when I eject it. Sometimes it just won't be ejected, and the system has to ask me to do a force ejection... By the way, the price is ok. You pay for what you get.

a very nice piece, handy, small, yet not so small that it gets easily misplaced. It has some files of its own "urDrive" - taking about 95 MB - which I could not delete, but that was hardly anything. I've had it for about a month now and its very convenient for my file transfers from one machine to another.

These little Kingston flash drives are great for my purposes. I am a teacher and I use them to store all manner of paperwork and move between computers. Some students also email me their projects and I download them onto the drives. I bought one 8GB and two 4GB. At the Buy.com special price, they really suit my budget. The only odd thing I found was renaming the drive. When I renamed it on my home PC (Vista), nothing appeared to happen, but when I take it to other computers, the new name appears.

Works well and more than fast enough for using the files I would put on a flash drive.
Like the capless design.
I don't use the desktop software but you don't have to anyway and it's kind of interesting for a flash drive to have it's own desktop.

Quick, plug it in and load it up. Since there isn't a lot to say about Flash Drives this does what I expected and the price was great. I like that the protective cover just flips out of the way verses one of the spring loaded or slide back type. You just flip and insert.
