1 of 5 It is not Acer who supports this warranty Tuesday, December 01, 2009
A Customer from 73071  

My computer came with a manufacture problem and had to be replaced. I wanted to return it, but i couldn't cause i didn't have the original box anymore. When i contacted ACER for the manufacturer's warranty and had the unpleasant surprise that refurbished computers are not responsibility of them (its a third part responsibility, which has only one store in NY). At the end I had to spend more than 1/3 of the price of the computer to get it replaced. I just hope the "new" one works fine.
