Product was ok especially for the price I paid. To me the directions didn't really seem that clear on how to work the product but hey maybe that is just me. My remote dosen't seem to work have switched out batteries still not working so I use the actual device but no matter what station I put it on it dosen't seem to be cd quality sounds lower and i have to turn up my volume WAY up, but hey it was only 13.00 and free shipping so what else can I ask for

Here is my email to this company. They have yet to respond in any way at all. ______ My problem is two parts. 1st part is one of the two that I purchased is missing the small cable that goes from the bottom of the unit on to an mp3 player. I wasn't even going to bother contacting you about that, but then, today, I used it for the first time and the unit will not show anything on the little lcd screen at the top. It won't turn on. It charges the ipod and knows its there, but it won't control anything. The lcd screen that is supposed to have the radio station number on it never turns on. Please adivse me what to do. ____ good luck anyone else that deals with them

This product is a piece of JUNK! I used it for my iPOD Touch, and it transmits worse sound quality (through my car) than the speaker of my phone. It's only practical use that I found was as a charger. That too, I'm not too certain about. I felt like it might have drained my battery by the time I returned to the car. It comes with a remote, that works 2% of the times. You really do get what you paid for... and with this product, what you are paying for is a charger and a holder for your device. Don't expect anything else. Just being honest here...

The one I received will only play in very weak mono. It was very cheap and will cost more to return than it is worth. I consider it a $12.99 lesson that you get what you pay for. I gave it a 1 because there is not a choice for 0.

Pro: Price Con: Poor quality I believe I received a defected "Apple iPod / iPhone 3G(s) 7-In-1 FM Transmitter Car Charger with Remote". The transmitter does not function properly, only weak high frequency sound transmitted to radio receiver, no base at all. And the Remote works in funny way, such as "Next" button could result in "power-off", etc.

Absolutely useless, when you insert your iPhone in this piece of junk it will cover the IR receiver and the remote won't work. You constantly hear buzzing noise and keep getting some kind of electric surges everytime you press a button. Sound quality is decent when using the AUX jack however is totally unaccepteble while using the FM transmitter feaure. The arm holding the thing in your 12v car outlet is too short for both of my cars and I ended-up with this thing by my knees or facing the passanger. The only good thing about it is that it was only $12 so I don't have to waste my time trying to get my money back for this thing. Come on buy.com, stop selling junk!!!

The volume on it is really low so even on loud its really low... The remote on my device dont work. I mean its a charger and it holds my phone so i guess its good for that...

Great Product for the price. Wasn't expecting much for the price but i was really satisfied with the device. Near cd quality and the remote is really handy especially when driving. Works great with the iPod TOuch third generation.
