I always like Motorola products and this one works good too. I purchased it as an OEM in a bag. It came all scratched up and I wasn't very happy about that. It was in a small un-protective bag so I'm sure that didn't help. I will be more careful about OEM items in the future. The product works good. Was this review helpful?

I was actually sent a bad one at first,but they replaced it right away with another. It works great, I love it! It is nice and light, easy to hear, and really easy to pair with other blue tooth devices. I liked it so much I bought two of them! Was this review helpful?

Recieved this bluetooth super fast shipping. Used it for two weeks now and the volume and clarity of this bluetooth rivals that of some more expensive ones that I have had the opportunity to use for work. Works so well that I just ordered another one for a family member that tried it for a couple calls and one for myself to use at work. Long battery life. Product is wonderful!! Instructions. however, are poor photocopies that cannot be read. Fortunately, Sprint was prepared to help me and got me paired and working very quickly. The price was about 1/10th of what the product goes for retail and is brand new. I am very happy with my Bluetooth and am looking to convince my husband into going with one also. I will be a long term shopper with Buy.com. Even their real people are available to help you if you have questions!

It's comfortable and feels secure on my ear, it's easy to use and to program to work with your cell phone. Sound is OK. However, it starts to break up when you get about 3 feet or so from your cellphone, and it's almost impossible to get it to understand your voice if you recite a phone number for it to dial, e.g., while you're driving (which is what I got it for, really). I'll buy a better one, and keep this for a safety. Love the pink color. Was this review helpful?

This was a great purchase. The bluetooth was easy to install on my blackberry pearl and can even share the same car charger if needed. Sound quality is good, easy to pair with my phone and controls are easier to operate than on my old bluetooth device. Standby and talk time is great. Fits comfortably too. Only complaint: charging unit is HUGE -- not very convenient to pack if you are traveling.
