I got this hard drive to take with me to the race tracks to have photos, videos, and music at my disposal. I import Falco motorcycle boots and with all the range of boots we import, I like to have the High Res pictures right there incase anyone wants to see a new style or a style I don't have on hand at the time.
The hard drive is very compact and feels pretty sturdy. It comes with a protective sleeve which is great, stick it in the sleeve and plop it in your bag.
I would totally recommend this drive to anyone that travels a lot and wants to take a lot with them.

Didn't really need this but couldn't pass up the deal ($89.99 w/free shipping) so I bought it. It's come in handy several times already. So small and thin it's incredible! Dual USB cable one for data and the other for power (if needed). A pocket drive with half a TB, you just can't beat it. Was this review helpful?

This thing is light and compact! Sleek looking, and it works very well! Pops right up in Win Vista, silent operation, fits in a coat pocket. Data transfer rates are OK (but to be expected with USB 2.0). I'd buy this again! Was this review helpful?

No trouble at all with the install and back up. It does take a long time the first time!
The design of this drive is suburb....out of Imation? On a totally shallow note; it matches my 1st generation iPhone to a T. Looks like a kit when I have my MacBook Black, iPhone and the HD out together at the airport...all the my tools in one place and portable.

Compact, portable, setup and install a breeze - basically plug n play. Great price $89 and free shipping. Ideal backup drive complete with backup software already installed on drive. I was able to backup my entire hard drive and it's small enough to carry practically everywhere so you can take your computer with you without the bulk. Especially useful considering current airline baggage limitations. Just make sure you have plenty of time when you perform your first full back up because takes a really long time 5+ hours. After that you just have to do incremental backups. Also useful to store music and video/pics or additional installation application software library i.e. downloaded programs.
