2.3 of 5 A year later... 1/9/2010
from NY
I bought 8 of these eneloops (AA), and was raving and recommending them to friends. Out of the box, I did not have to recharge them for quite a long time. Then, about a year later, they no longer held a charge. Big waste.

from madison,wi
I bought these for my son to use in his wii and for me to use in my canon sx110. Worked right out of the package. They hold a charge very well and I am thinking about purchasing another four for other products i have.

5 of 5 Great Package 5/6/2009
andy from cincinnati, ohio
charges fast, batteries last a long time, you save a bunch of money compared to batteries that AREN'T rechargeable, just love this product. previously i had 4 AAs (plus some AAAs that i havent used yet) and C and D packages to put the AAs in, and a 2-battery charger, i got this additional 4 AAs and a 4-AA battery charger to charge all 4 of my AA batteries for my digital camera (what i use the most) at the same time. rather than charge 2, then charge 2 more.

5 of 5 The Best Rechargeable Yet!! 4/17/2009
LT from Denver,co
After having a long and frustrating relationship with rechargeable ni-cd and other ni-mh, I got some eneloops when I bought a Tomy I-sobot. WOW!! Traditional ni-mh batteries self discharge at about 1% a day at room temperature. Eneloops will keep a significant charge for over a year. This means you can put these in flashlights, remote controls, alarm clocks, anything that traditional ni-mh work poorly at. I also can charge them, and know they are ready when I need them, other rechargeable will discharge by the time I need them. I've also tested these and rayovac, energizer, duracell, and lacross ni-mh and eneloops are the only ones that always carry a higher than rated charge. the 2000mah aa's I have always charge-discharge at 2000-2100. The other makes have higher 2600mah rating, but always test at ~2200mah and are not low self discharge. These or hybrio's are the only batteries I am using from now on(hybrio makes a 9v) If you need some AA's buy now!
