The active-play phenomenon started by Wii Sports now spreads to your whole body thanks to a pressure-sensitive Wii balance board, which comes packed with Wii Fit. The board is used for an extensive array of fun and dynamic activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and games. Many of these activities focus towards providing a "core" workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions. Family members will have fun staying active and talking about and comparing their results and progress on a new channel on the Wii Menu.

Body Test
Do a Body Test daily with the Wii Balance Board. In this test, you use the Wii Balance Board accessory to measure your center of balance, Body Mass Index (BMI), and body control. Based on these results, you can also determine your Wii Fit Age. Much like Brain Age, you can chart your daily progress and compare it to previous results, as well as other friends and family who play Wii Fit.

All About Balance
Your center of balance, the point between your left and right sides when you are standing upright, has a lot to do with your health. Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their bodies. Wii Fit can help you learn more about your balance, and give you tips on how to improve it.

4 Training Modes
Wii Fit features four main categories to choose from: Strength Training, Aerobics, Yoga, and Balance Games. From those groups, there are over 40 exercises and activities designed to improved body balance and fitness.

Wii Fit Channel
With Wii Fit, you can install a channel in the Wii Menu so that you can perform a Body Test and view your graph without having to insert the Wii Fit disc everytime. For example, if you happen to have Super Mario Galaxy Game Disc in the Wii Console, you can still check your weight via the Wii Fit Channel without switching games.

Being a little older and wondering about the Wii after hearing so much about it. I decided to buy this as a easy way to get started. It is easy to use and fun, once you learn about all of the features. I would recomend it to anyone that wants to get started with a light fitness program

I returned the Wii fitness Bundle to digital Foto Club on Dec. 11, 2008 w/ authorization from them to ship it back. I have YET to receive my refund and keep getting cut off the line when I dial "customer service"
I would NEVER purchase from them again. This has been a royal pain in the #$%^&

I bought this as a family gift for Christmas. The Wii is a family toy/event so I don't want shoot'em up games. We are 4, 6, 8, 3X, and 3X years old. For Christmas we picked up Wii Music, Wii Fit, and Wii Ski all of which have been great hits. The 4 year old has struggled with some of the balance games on Wii Fit but I can see him improving over the last several days. The balance board is amazingly accurate on weight as we compared it to some much better scales. One note about Wii Ski, you can only play one player if you use the balance board - you can do four player if you just use the remotes.

I bought this as a family Christmas gift but my 11-year old couldn't wait until Christmas to open it. We let him open it five days early and we've been playing it ever since. The games are hilarious and cleverly done. You don't even realize that you've worked out until afterwards when your muscles are sore.
Its easy to set up and sync. Once you do that, you have to create your own Mii character which will serve as your virtual character during gameplay. You do this by inputting your height and age, then stepping on the board which measures your weight. It then gives you a BMI (Body Mass Index) and a "Wii Age". It then prompts you to set a weight loss (or gain) goal and tracks your daily exercises as you work towards that goal. Be careful though, if you're overweight, your virtual character will look a bit portly until you shed those unwanted lbs. Clever.
We had several friends over for dinner the other day and we ended up playing the various games on the Wii Fit for hours. The ski jump game is quite addicting. They all want their own Wii Board now. Highly recommended for hours of family fun (and fitness too).

Found the item at Buy.com that I couldn't find in the stores. Took a little longer than I would have liked to get confirmation that this limited quantity item would be shipped. Product arrived as advertised. Purchased as gift, haven't personally tried. Many friends have given it great reviews.

The Wii Fit is a great addition to anyone's current Wii system, but shop elsewhere! I placed an order for this same bundle Tue. 12/16, and was never even notified that there was no availability for it, even though it is still listed for sale!!! I had to dig to find a customer service number (800-800-0800), as my email was not answered, only to be told that I would not be getting the fit bundle. The fact that buy.com still has this item listed borders on false advertising... BUYER BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING THIS BUNDLE IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER...

I'm having a great time with my Wii Fit. However, I haven't opened the Yoga mat because I already have one. Wouldn't have purchased the bundle if I had known the yoga mat has no sensors. Now I'm in shape for the ski season!

Totally challenging and engaging. It's gotten me off the couch and working. After a couple days, I'm hooked. Now, I'm a workout fiend! As you work out, you 'unlock' more activities and levels. There's such a variety of activities, you'll be hooked for many, many months. The Wii Ski is a total bonus.

This is an excellent add-on for the Wii. It helps you to keep on track with a routine toward healthy living and makes those of us who do little exerecise get off the couch and do something. The games are actually fun and make you want to come back the next day. I haven't tried the We Ski program yet. Figured if I was a beginner at the simple ski programs on Wii Fit, I better get the hang of those first. Looking forward to it though. If you have a Wii (or can find one somewhere, which seems to be the tough part.) I highly recommend Wii Fit.

The Wii board itself is pretty neat, and I didn't need to read directions to go through the initial set up. The board will make you find muscles you don't normally get to use, and the We Ski game was really responsive with the board, makes it more challenging that using the remote!
