I was very disappointed with this product. I read the reviews and it seemed like there were a lot of satisfied customers who loved the pump scooter. I was weighing between getting my son an electric scooter and this pump scooter. I went with the pump scooter because I thought it would be good to get some exercise. Anyway the thing does not go on any type of uphill incline. We don't live on a hill but there is an incline on our street. My son... and I tried it too, can't pump the scooter up a slight incline. I doesn't glide very well. I wish I would have went for the electric scooter.
