This was a great deal and the phones work perfectly. They might be reconditioned but they look brand new. I have no problem with them interfering with my WIFI.

This was a great buy at $46 if you think about it! Awesome reception and color LCD screen! For the value and quality I got for a refurbished product, I think it was an awesome deal! I have a handset in every room now! I highly recommend this product! BUY.COM rocks!

The phone works great. It is an excellent deal considering the service it provides versus the price. I have not used it for a long time (3 weeks only) but it seems to be a good performer so far. The best thing is that it does not interfere with my WiFi network; that was a problem I had with my previous cordless phone because they both work at 2.4 GHz frequency unlike this one which works at 5.8 GHz.

I've had this phone for around a month now and this phone is great. I love the fact that each phone has its own ringtone so each room is assigned the right phone (In my family, when they use the phone or remotes for the tv and they lose it, they just take another one from another room) I love the intercom feature and am trying to learn how to transfer a call from one phone to another. All in all a great phone.

These phones work great! I love them. All four of them. One of the main reasons I bought them, aside from being ridiculously cheap, was that they have built-in intercoms. No longer does my wife have to yell at me from the other end of the house. I am super happy with these phones and highly recommend them!

I was impressed with how quickly the merchandise was delivered. Merchandise arrived looking brand new even though it was refurbished. The Vtech telephones are performing flawlessly so far. The price for the bundle was outstanding. I suggest if you're in the market for a telephone system, place this one high on your list.

I don't really care about the fancy wall paper and colorful display, but this phone delivers when it comes to voice quality, period !

I set up all four of the handsets around the house - 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second and the fourth in the basement. Setup was not an issue - just plug it in and it worked like a charm. Now I need to learn what else I can do with it.

Though this phone system was "reconditioned", I can't tell any difference from brand new except that it sold for about 30% of the cost of a new one. The range and sound quality on the phones is excellent, setup was easy and straightforward. The answering machine is state of the art.

I bought the refurbished Vtech cordless phone set. Set up was easy. It looks like a new one and the performance has been good so far. I will recommed it to others.

I used to be hesitant about buying factory refurbished products, but I took a chance with this phone set, and I am very pleased with the performance and value. Vtech makes a good phone. I have no cross interference with the wireless computer network in the house, and the phones seem to have decent range and clarity around the house.

I purchased this VTech phone to replace an old 2.4Ghz phone which was starting to act erratically and was causing interference on my wireless network. This phone is compact, works well, causes less interference and the color screens are quite nice. I also like the intercom feature between handsets. I only needed two of the handsets, so I'm keeping the other two as backups. When the batteries eventually die I plan on using the other two batteries as replacements. For the price, you can't go wrong.

This phone set has improved the communication in my home. I love the intercom, the wireless handsets (would like to have 1 more), the ease of use, the space I save with the handsets. Although this system was a refurbished one, the packaging was sealed and in new condition. The price I paid was a bargain for all that this system provides. I'm still in the learning phase, but the instructions are very easy to follow.

Got this phone system a couple weeks ago to replace the others phones we had been using. Those phones were much more expensive and didn't last very long. Great phones for the price.

Just bought the phones a few weeks ago and definitely No interference throughout any of the lines i like the page feature on the diff headsets. Would never know it was Recertified, like brand new to us. Can't beat that price

Prior to my purshase of the Vtech phone my wife was always complaining how combersome to use the old phone.Now she is happy and had been spending more time talking to her friends.

This set of phones looked new when I opened the box. I charged them for 24 hours. Setup was easy... I liked being able to save my numbers into one phone, and the other phones picked them up. I did notice that the batteries had a short life though... forty minutes of talk time and they were dead. So... you really should keep them in the cradle... I found myself switching handsets... trading out for one that was charged. I work in and outside of my house.... so I like to carry one with me just in case. The speakerphone worked well. I decided to keep my old AT&T set because the base would speak the number that was calling... you didn't have to look at the handset to know who was calling... so, I use both the new and the old set together. Overall... you can't beat the price... my AT&T set was $170.00... PLUS shipping... can't go wrong.

Received these phones and have been very satisfied. Simple to set up and use. Color screens are nice and the fact that the time is constantly displayed is a plus. Although they are refurbished, all 4 of the headsets looked brand new. Only issues was that the directional button on one headset sticks some and the intercom volume on another is low. Outside of those minor things, these phones are great. Highly recommend them.

I am very happy with this product. It looks like brand new and battry life of the handsets are good. Speaker in the handset gave me a great relief. I say very well worth for this price. Buy.com deleivery and service was excellent. Receieved in 2 days although opted for Normal Post.

Works flawlessly. I like the idea of having 4 handsets. The working range between the base and the phones is good. Virtually no interferences to/from other wireless gadgets at home. The color wallpapers are a joke. But, who cares.

This is a very nice setup, with excellent sound, a manual which is very clear and helpful, and an intercom feature which allows us to specify which phone in which location we want to page, without traveling all over the house to reach someone who receives a call. Had one question and the VTech customer help folks were superb...knew just what I was asking about and had all the info. The base and four handsets come nicely packaged as if brand new. Can't beat the product and the manual's straighforward setup instructions for a great price!

Hey bought this as a gift for my grandmother so I havent used it myslef. I helped her set it up and it looked really nice. When I received the request from buy.com to review the product I sent her an email asking what she though of it and this is her reply: ___ I love it ,it has lots of phonebook space I don't have to run to answer the phone,they are just flat out great and whats best of all is my grandson is the one thah gave it to me. For the price, this was a lot of phone(s) for the money. Everything worked out of the box, but after using them for about two weeks, one of the phones only seems to have about a 20 minute battery life. The other 3 last for hours and hours. Performance is good. I would have appreciated more possible (and less annoying) ringtones.

Great phone system works well. Clear, easy to set up, and looks good. The only drawback is that you can't easily see the caller id memory and the speakerphone volume. The handsets will read "missed call," but you have to use the menu and go to history to see what call you missed.

I was a little skeptical about this item after reading some of the bad reviews, but I have to say that for the price it is well worth it. The phones are in very good condition and all the features work fine. Someone posted that it won’t tell you if there is voicemail, but my phone while it's in the charger will display some text saying you have voice mail. The screen is nice, a bright color screen with a few pictures to chose from. It would have been really nice to be able to use one of your own though like on cell phones, but maybe they'll do that in the future. My son really likes the picture of the tiger, so I use that one. Speaker phone is very good, it's strong and easy to hear even when not at high volume. The intercom is an interesting feature. You can clearly use it to talk to someone in another room, but I use it to find the phones when I notice one missing. This happens a lot with my wife who takes them and then leaves them under a book on her desk for instance. You can page individual phones from any of them till you find the one you're looking for. Some annoyances are that the screen displays the time very brightly when not in use, so in a dark room the phone looks like it could be an alarm clock. So it's good and bad there. The body of the phone could be smaller, but at least there is no annoying antenna like on some phones. Oh, there is no speaker phone built into the main base unit. I thought there would be since most phones I see have it, but I guess if all four cordless phones have a speaker phone why do you need it in the base? All in all, the phones work well, and the price is great for 4 units. Normally you'll be lucky to find 2-3 phones under $60 and that might not be with free shipping and all the features this phone has.

Absolutely the BEST VTech system I've ever owned. This is a step-up from the 2-handset color display I had. (Still in use, I might add !!) The fact that entering the directory into one satellite handset only to have the info. go directly to ALL FOUR of these handsets is awesome ! What a timesaver! The range is superb and mine came with ALL the little plastic covers on EVERYTHING - I could NOT, for the life of me tell this was a refurb!! Buy.com ROCKS!! Thanks, guys!

I wanted to replace my 2.4 GHz since it was interfering with my wireless internet connection. So I was looking for something above 2.4 GHz (5.8 and above) which would prevent any interference and was looking around for phones and found this one. Since they had a return policy of 2 weeks I thought of trying it and also since it had 4 sets, I was interested in that more. This worked out for me really well. Also the main feature of handset speakerphone made me more inclined towards it. I would surely recommend it.

Since switching to DSL, I needed to use those bulky DSL filters on my extension phones. With this set, I only need one at the main station. The product has lived up to all the hype and Buy.Com lived up to all my expectations. Tracking delivery was a breeze and the product arrived a day ahead of promise. This set was supposed to be refurbished but I could not detect any sign of prior use. It looks brand new. Answer system is clear as a bell and easy to program. All-in-all a great product and a great deal.

Since I received these phones, I have put them through their paces. My father in Law lives about 150 yards away and we gave him one of the handsets for intercom and phone use. These phones are able to communicate with each other over distance and this is what we wanted. The keypad is laid out well and all of the features work well. Overall I would say it is the best set of phones we have had.

Could be better if the ring volume for intercom and phone call can be adjusted separately. Batteries are different from regular ones, not sure how expensive to buy replacement ones in the future.

Installing the refurbished (looked like new) phones a snap and they work great. Replaced a wireless system that never worked to my satisfaction. These do. Sounds great in use and the control for ring type and volume worked flawlessly. I always liked VTech products and these didn't disappoint. Color screens a nice cosmetic touch. I certainly would buy again from this source. An afterthought...the battery life, at least on these, is extremely good. I did charge them for about 24 hours before I used them the first time though. And why wouldn't you just keep the phones in the charger base?

I've been using them a little more than a week. Short and simple-good range, nice features, no wifi interference. They were absolutely like new (can't believe they're not!), very intuitive, and I like the clock feature and automatic 'global learning' of the directory to all of the phones. My only 'wish' would be that the answering machine could be accessed from any handset like my old set instead of having to go to the base unit. The wall paper is lame but I prefer the easy to read blue background anyway. I was very pleased and hope they continue to function this well.

I've always wanted to buy one of these multiple phone sets but wasn't sure if it was worth the investment. This deal was too good to pass up and I'm glad I purchased them because they're terrific. The clarity is fantastic and I haven't heard so much as a single pop, hiss, or had any interference on the line since using these phones. They were incredibly easy to set up, lightweight yet sturdy in quality, and the answering machine is much more user friendly than my former one. I'd recommend this system in a heartbeat.

My old vTech phone system's LCD displays died on me after 6 years of use so I decided to order another vTech system. For being "refurbished" this looked like new. I love the time display and speakerphone features. It could use a 1-touch re-dial rather than having to turn it on and than re-dial each time and the secondary base lost its charge after only 3 days but I may not have had it in the cradle all the way. It's been almost 3 weeks now and other than those things, I think it was a great buy.

My family and I have really enjoyed this set. With 4 handsets, there are plenty to go around. Good volume and customizing choices. We also are getting a lot out of the intercom function to page each other's handset. Each phone has its own number so you can intercom direct to the specific unit or room you want to call. The directory works great and is easy to save incoming numbers for future callback. Each phone also has speakerphone function, which also works great! We are buying a second set, when back in stock, for mother-in-law.

I was getting tired of replacing batteries at $12-14 a piece. This products works great. I wish you could control the record time for a single message so one message can not use all your record time. Reception is good and does not interfere with other wireless products.

Very pleased. Especially like that each handset has speaker operation and can set ringer melody and volume. Also like that each has display which defaults to the time but will indicate messages and/or missed calls when appropriate. Only negative is that middle control assembly doesn't always work on the first try.
