5 of 5 Excellent so far Tuesday, December 30, 2008 A Customer from Flemington, NJ
I purchased this about 5 months ago. Have been using it to copy downloaded movies to play on my philips dvd player with a USB port. Has worked well on all USB ports from desktop, laptop, and dvd player with no issues. Cannot beat buy.com price or shipping speed. Was this review helpful?
2 of 5 Worked fine till it broke Friday, October 10, 2008 A Customer from Hayward CA
This unit is not as physically strong as some other types of flash drives, in spite of its rubber case. Mine broke due to applied force perpendicular to the device long axis. The metal end bends where it joins the rubber part. I'd go for a stiffer design next time. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Good value, lots of storage, but flawed design Tuesday, September 09, 2008 A Customer from New Haven, CT
I bought this product for $39.99 after the mail-in rebate. It was a very good value at that price, and 16GB of storage is huge for a USB flash drive. The read and write speed is pretty fast. My one complaint is with the physical design of this drive. Instead of hard plastic it's covered in rubberized material. The rubberized material adds to the bulk of the drive and also attracts lint if you carry it in your pocket, a backpack, etc. But that's a pretty minor issue. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 seriously nice Monday, September 08, 2008 me from home, sweet home
This is a well built flash drive. Its fast, and seems pretty hard to kill. I haven't tried its encryption software yet, so I don't know how that is. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Great price, slow performance Monday, September 08, 2008 A Customer from Omaha, NE
I was only able to get about 6MB/Sec. Way to slow to store and retrieve VMWare virtual machines that are about 10GB each. Was this review helpful?
