Overall the card does a good job of producing a picture. The software that comes with the card is typical ATI , which means it isn't very good. At least I can now record some shows and pause, rewind and fast forward live tv without giving the cable company ten extra bucks a month. Was this review helpful?

Windows MCE will not allow ClearQam (HD over the cable wire), this is a feature that you might get to work in Vista MC. Please note that the tuner has one analog input and a digital, yet it's not a dual tuner?! Wanted this as a 2nd tuner to my Theater 550 Pro but, MC would only find the 650 card. No support from Visiontek, they just have a lot of upset consumers since they refuse to pull boxes and correct the info.
