Jabra BT2020 Bluetooth Headset

This is an earpiece that you have to be comfortable with the fit. If you have not worn an 'behind the ear' model like this or the previous jabras, then you may want to try one on in a store first. If you have small or large ears, this might not fit comfortably. It comes with a number of ear gels (the clear part that sticks in your ear) to get a comfortable size. I don't think they included as many sizes as with the previous models. Sound quality is good, but windy days can make it noisy on the other end of the call. It takes 3-4 seconds sometimes to pickup a call. I think the headset goes into a power save mode and takes time to come out. This has a mini-USB charger port, so pretty much any mini-USB cable will work in a pinch. I have owned multiple models with this design and have been happy with all of them.

This headset was purchased to replace a knock off version of this product. You usually get what you pay for but this headset was reasonably priced and works great! It so comfortable I sometimes forget that I am wearing it. My only issue is with the delay in call connection to the headset. If this can be remedied this would be a perfect headset.

It's smaller than my last one BT500 but it's not as good as the old big one. The range is much shorter but it's reconnect when it's in range again. The response time after press the answer button is a lot longer than BT500. It takes about 5 sec. before you can say Hello.

I bought this bluetooth because I needed something that was easier to use and wear. I have problems with putting things into my ears. This unit fits behind your ear very well. I have small ears, and it still fits. The only problem I have is the ear piece cannot be positioned to sit inside your ear very well. It has a tendency to move out of your ear; which creates a hearing problem. I have to hold the ear piece into my ear in order to hear my callers. Aside from that, I like the Jabra unit.

I loved the Jabra BT-200 and BT-250 Headsets. But I am very disappointed in this one. My previous ones I could leave my phone in my office and go get coffee with a minimum of static. This one disconnects as soon as I leave my office. The Button Placement makes it a pain to operate. I have to grab the mic boom just to answer a call. It's very uncomfortable to wear for me. The ear piece keeps coming out of my ear and callers keep telling me my voice keeps fading in and out. I'm waiting on the Executive Version to arrive, but I do plan on telling Jabra how displeased I am with the BT-2020 considering the pleasure I had with the BT-200 and BT-250.

I bought this headset because it was on sale and I needed something cheap for the car. It works fine for the car, but if my phone is in my pocket, the headset loses the signal. Other than the signal problem, the headset connects to my phone great and it carries a big charge, no problem. The feel is great too, its not uncomfortable at all.

I've had quite a few bluetooth headsets up to this point (Plantronics, Motorola, Blueant, Jabra, Ion) but this one is the most comfortable to wear of them all. It fits snugly behind the ear and doesn't move even when I shake my head. The design would be better if the earpiece went a little deeper into the ear to provide better sound and volume. The buttons were a little hard to identify by touch when wearing the headset, so it takes getting used to. If the phone call volume is all the way up, and the headset volume is all the way up, it still needs a little more volume in areas with some noise to contend with, but otherwise it does the job well. Pairing and connecting with the phone is very easy. At the price, it's a great buy and definitely satifactory.

For the price, it is hard to beat Jabra. On the freeway, it is sometimes hard for people to hear what I'm saying, but I think it depends more on the phone the other person is using. Connection is very fast and easy. Overall, works great.

The Jabra BT 2020 appears to be a good improvement over my older BT 500 headset. It is slightly smaller, just as comfortable, and appears to be a bit more water proof than the old one. One drawback is that it seems to be a bit overly sensitive of high pitched background noise (birds chirping, squeeks, etc.) Jabra changed the charging adapter connection to a standard USB from their proprietary one, making it a bit easier to charge up. One less cable I need to carry, now! It will also recharge from a computer's USB connection, besides from a wall charger.Friends tell me they can hear me better on this headset, as well!

I’m very happy with this head set. It is light weight, it connects fast and easy, sound quality is great. My friends are telling me that they can hear me perfect all the time. Battery life is good. Good fit and comfort. Great product!

This bluetooth device fits my small ears just great, it also paired with my verizon phone with no issues. The other party can hear my voice very clear. Had good battery life. Only thing i noticed was the volume is not loud enough in loud areas, I replaced the ear bud on mine for one that goes a little longer into the ear canal, this works better. Also interferance sometimes, not sure if phone related or general EMI

It was cheap, and it works decently, but it's not very loud. In addition, the shape doesn't fit my ear very well, and it's basically a solid piece of plastic so it can't move or bend in any way to fit better.

I have had about 5 BT headsets, Jabra and Motorola. This is so far my favorite. My body seems to be a deadzone for BT. I have to wear the headset on the same side as phone. I have been told by people that I am better heard on this than my Jabra BT250. I am currently looking into SWAT corded headsets for noisy environments. Maybe wireless just is not for me. My friends have better luck, I think some people's bodies cause more interference. As I said, this is the best so far that I've used.

I love the form factor of the jabra ear piece- which is why I always buy this brand. But the Jabra BT2020 is a waste of money. Everyone I talk to says they can't hear me and it sounds like I am talking in a tin can.

Everyone says that I sound muffled when I am talking to them. It may be because the opening for the mic is underneath the piece, which on my ear us behind the ear lobe. They also complain about being able to hear everything going on around me. Outside of this one complaint, it has worked fine. I like the fact that it is loud enough I can hear it in a congested area.

I purchased 2 of these, one for me and one for my son. The only drawback I have is the background noise it picks up. When I am talking to my husband, who also has one, you can hear everything that's going on around him. Otherwise it a keeper. It not heavy on the ear which is a plus. Having a little problem with it staying in place when trying to hear.

charging stand by time, talktime and clarity are fine. even you feel much better as there will not be any feeling or discomfort that you have put some device at your ear. i would suggest to buy this. but the only drawback is it takes 4-5 seconds to connect the call for incoming calls.even i found little difficulty in voice control but it is a petty one.i am 85-90% satisfied with this headset.

I purchased this bluetooth headset for my mother. It seems to be a nice headset. It is very light weight and thinner than earlier jabra models. I personally have not used this model, but my mother loves it. The only difficulty I noticed she has had with it was learning where the answer/end button was located. Other than that she is very satisfied with it.

I ordered the headset barely a week before Christmas. After much research on headsets, I decided on the Jabra BT2020. I was little hesitant about ordering it as there wasn't a ton of information on that particular model but after reading reviews of similar Jabra models,it seemed like it should be a good buy. The headset was on schedule to be delivered the day before Christmas and to my amazement that's when it came, no delays, hangups or anything, just shipped and delivered as promise. What a great product, great fit and comfort. The reception is clear, you don't sound like your underwater. People comment all the time that you can't even tell a headset is being used! Companies hype up their products all the time and I take it with a grain of salt because things rarely are what they are hyped up to be when you actually get it. I have to say, this headset is true to its description. Great product!!!!
