There is nothing big about this. Does its job, nice and smooth. I am using this for my psp and the second I plugged this baby in, it showed the available memory and I was good to start.
Shipping was super fast and I am not exaggerating. Got this stick in two days and it was free shipping. Top that!!!

Great deals, as always, from Buy.com. I use this card in my new Sony DSC-W290 camera. With 8GB of storage, I can take THOUSANDS of pictures on my camera and leave them on the card. I use this chip in my PSP, where I was able to compress and store 10-movies in MPEG-4 format!!! First of all my PSP is a first gen, and has very good battery life. But by playing movies via this memory chip when traveling both domestic and overseas, the battery life is nearly trippled vs. using the UMD disks!!! Was this review helpful?

I plugged it into my 2 year old Sony Cyber-shot 5 megapixel camera / camcorder and I can take oodles of pictures and video now. Actually I think the term is mega-oodles more than the 2GB stick that came with the camera. My Vista Ultimate machine also seems to be able to read and copy from the stick. I use this memory stick for my Sony DSC-T500. It works great !! I've had this product for a while and I haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend this product. I also previously purchase two 2GB SD cards from buy.com which works wonderfully. And that is why I purchased this memory stick when I got my camera because I felt Sandisk was worth my money. This product worked as expected in my PSP. While this card does not come with an adapter it really wasn't a concern for my implementation. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is the read/write performance was noticeably slower than on the other sticks I own. Although this does not impact the performance of music, videos, and slideshows, it does mean a long transfer time and I would imagine it would mean poor performance if you were playing a game from the card. This 8Gb memory stick does work with psp surprisingly well and does not come with an adapter. I use this product exclusively for my psp. True capacity is 7690Mb or 7.6Gb. I WILL buy another one! Was this review helpful?
