product of very low cost but great amount of excellent space product I do not have problem some works perfectly I recommend very good speed widely to copy and to recover information, very good size can be taken from a place to another one easily as well as you only need a taking current and a port USB to connect it Was this review helpful?

When I got this drive it was priced good for the amount of space. It is stylish. It uses an external power supply though, the smaller drives run off one or two USB ports. I have a smaller one for travel and leave this one primarily in the office. One warning on any external powered drive: be sure you always plug the correct power supply in to the drive, could ruin the enclosure and sometimes even zap data on the drive. Recovery of data on damaged 1TB drives is more difficult than smaller drives. Was this review helpful?

It is as good as all simpletech hard drives,, but it is much bigger than signature-minis and still so expensive,,,, It has lots and lots of space and it is 7200 rpm,,, it is a godo hard drive but i missed the 14 day return policy on Buy.com, otherwise i would have returned it and get the 500 GB signature mini by simpletech,,, that would be much smaller,,, but in overall it is pretty fast in tranfering the data and everything and it is good for either backup or just storing everything in that,,,
