I am really satisfied with the functionality of these two-ways. I mainly use them in a construction environment and they work great. The only problem I have is the signal isn't too good using FRS indoors and I usually resort to a GMRS channel.
The batteries hold a long charge and charging is a cinch. Would buy another set if needed. Was this review helpful?

These radios work as expected you don't receive the 26 mile signal understanding that that is only in premium conditions., But they seem to work great and the sound is good and they have quite a few features that make them a little better then the standard radio. These powerful little guys are well worth the money. We bought them to use in a factory setting after our Motorola's Spirit GT radios died. What a difference! Nobody in their right mind would expecet 26 mile range from a radio in this cost range.But this unit will do the job that most people would expect.
it is easy to use, small and efficent
the batterys will hold a charge that will last most users all day.
i have tried most brands including motorola {shich wast the worst of the lot}and find this one is far better than all the rest. Was this review helpful?

The midland radios are the best I have tried.Now for sure i would have to be in space ti reach 29 miles distance but that is a distance that will never be practial in this type of radio.
The radios are very simple to operate,the sound is loud enough and is clear.I an very satisfied with the performance

I recently purchased 10 pairs of the Midland GXT-710P3 2-way radios. Not needing immediate delivery, I opted for the free shipping by land transport which promised 7 to 9 business days delivery time. I received them in good order in 4 days.
Not wanting to find out too late that I had faulty units, I opened them all immediately and tested each one. Every one functioned perfectly including all of rechargeable batteries. In case this sounds too good to be true, I did find two faulty belt clips that cannot be used. I would still recommend these units to anyone who wants a good quality radio that is superior to most other competing units. Was this review helpful?
