This didn't even work the second we hooked it up. The dvd drive door wouldn't open. We tried everything but to no avail. Back in the box, big waste of time, back to post office. Very disappointed.

3.3 of 5 The VCR making "squeaky" sound at the l 1/17/2008

This VCR makes "squeaky" sound at the last remain 30% of the new video tape. The picture on the screen is vibrated and detorsed some time. This product may have a very small motor capacity compare to all of the older manufacturing. This product will not be reliable.

Note that the VCR recorder requires a cable box input or for the TV to be turned on and remain on the channel to be recorded. There is NO TV tuner on this device.
