It works very well, but you have to tell the company your credit card info in order to install it. I think that went too far. I was forced to do it. So the satisfaction is low.

I bought this to remove malware from my laptop. But failed...dont blame this product entirely..I used 4-5 other free malware removing softwares that friends recommended highly...they failed too
So as an antivirus, it may be good...but if you are looking for a malware remover...there ain't any!..only way I guess is to format the machine...which I plan to do now.

I bought this product so i could rid my laptop of trojans. It did not do this. Service response was very delayed too - took 10 calendar days for them just to revert to me

you have to uninstall other antivirus software before you can install this. After installation of this, some software cannot run. It slows down your computer.

I removed Norton from my machines. It slowed everything down, crashed, and just made me miserable. I intended to shell out some bigger bucks for Kaspersky, which seems to be a big favourite, but then I saw a rebate offer I couldn't refuse on the Iolo product, though I hadn't heard of it before. I found a few reviews, mostly decent. I figured I'd give it a shot, and if it didn't work out I would uninstall and then go for the Kaspersky.
I have found the product to be very smooth and it consumes minimal system resources. The interface is slick and straightforward (again, in stark opposition to the dog's breakfast that Symantec used to slop on my screen).
My only complaint with this (and other) antivirus software is that it nags you about running a full system scan after it is installed. I wish users could deactivate the notifications if they simply reinstalled or are otherwise confident that their machines are clean. Maybe you can, and I just missed it. I finally let it run the full scan last night. I can't say with any certitude that the antivirus performance is better or worse than competitors, because I don't know what is happening in the background, but it does update itself hourly, so I assume that someone is keeping on top of things at the other end. I find this to be a nice alternative to Norton and McAfee.
