    It never worked. It's not working at all out of the package. I tried to contact the customer support but never got thru with the hotline. Very disappointed.

    I do not often write reviews, but have been so pleased with this mouse, that I felt compelled. I am very pleased with how well the mouse is functioning, both as a regular mouse, and as a presenter. The laser pointer is a terrific addition. The only downside is that it is a bit bulky to use regularly as a presenter.
