Great BT headset. After 2 plus years, the battery was starting to lose the ability to hold a decent charge. I got a new Motorola H780 and am returning it to get the new H710. Love the form factor and look forward to receiving the new version.

I received my bluetooth yesterday. I was truly excited! My bubble was busted. It's cheap lightweight plastic. I hear static in my ear. The person on the other end hears static. I had to answer phone manually before conversation would flip over to bluetooth! It will be returned asap.

Being someone who wears hearing aids makes it difficult to find a headset which does not go into the ear canal. The H700 sits just outside the ear and has good quality sound and ease of operation. Highly recommended!

This product is a good buy! Especially if you are on a budget and just need a bluetooth to not get pulled over for talking on your cell phone. There are times that the person I am talking to can't hear me. It cuts in and out. The bluetooth will work great when it has the most charge. I have noticed that when it is not charged within two days or so, thats when the bad connection begins.

This headset is everything that I wanted it to be. It looks stylish, is VERY light and is an excellent performer. I've seen complaints that the volume buttons are too small, but on a unit that is purposely built small to give the user maximum comfort, how big do you expect the buttons to be?? I haven't had any problems finding and using any of the buttons. I have paired this headset to a Nokia 6555 and the process went without a hitch and it stays paired. Those that I have talked to say that the sound quality is excellent and I have plenty of volume on my end. You can pay bigger bucks for other headsets but for what?? This one has looks, performance and price. End of story.

It works marginal at best and won't recognize any voice commands. I think it picks up too much background noise.
and today it quit working all together. I had it about a month and a half. Motorola says it will take 10 to 15 days to fix it and this is my life line. I've waisted about 3 hours now trying to get it to work and I make $80 per hour when I work so I lost $240 trying to fix it. what a waist of time and money.

I cannot believe buy.com's partner site have
sent me a defective product. While the incoming sound is clear from the blue tooth headset, the other person on the call hardly is able to hear anything. There is a huge static noise.
Also the packaging was not sealed a clear indication this headset is a used or a refurbished headset. Looking at the price of the product it is not very surprising. I should have realised that before buying it.
I am very dissapointed with this purchase

I bought this headset to use while playing Call of Duty 4 on my new PS3 game console. It was easy to set up (Pairing with the PS3 was straigtforward) and worked just like I expected it would. Sound quality is very good.

The unit works if I take the extra time to get it positioned just right... I bought the unit to use in the car and, unfortunately, road noise is still a major drawback...I have to hold the unit tightly to my ear and lean towards the inside of the car to hear properly... Since I only plan to use it in the car on long trips, it will suffice...

I read up on headsets before purchasing, so I knew this one was rated well on review sites. It is very easy to use, the quality has been great except for one time (a little static on and off). Overall the sound is clear, and the people on the other end always say that it sounds normal. I really like how you can just bend the mic over and it will automatically turn the headset off. This saves you batter so you dont charge it a lot. I only use it when I'm driving, and I haven't charged it for a second time (over a week now). Its great, buy it.

This bluetooth sucks i hate it. it has no noice reduction like it says it does. very hard to keep it paired. i have a motorola q and this bluetooth just sucks. Get plantronics,jabra or other brand................DONT GET THIS BLUETOOTH.

I purchased the H700 to replace an older H700. I liked my existing H700 (worked well with Razr and Blackberry), so purchased another, despite my disappointment with the non-replaceable (eco-unfriendly) battery. However, the new H700 required recharging after less than two hours talk time (not the claimed six hours). I am trying to return the unit and am requesting a refund. I hope that my bad experience with the short talk time is a fluke with the particular unit, not with newer versions of the model.

As much as I think bluetooth headsets look like a something you'd see on an insect, I am really glad I finally succumbed to buying one. I am much more relaxed driving legally and definitely feel safer. No more dropping the phone when I see a cop! The Motorola H700 is easy to wear and has been very reliable. I've only had to charge it about once a week, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I searched all around and found a bluetooth that was in my price range and fit my ear perfectly. Even though it is small, it picks up my voice rather well. I have been using it for 6 months and have had no complaints. I love the flip feature which turns off the device easily. And it was $40 cheaper than Walmart, no tax, no shipping!!

I bought this headset for my wife based on excellent reviews, aesthetics, and the fact that it uses a mini-USB connector as does the phone she uses. That is no small matter, by the way. I will no longer consider a phone or headset that uses (yet another) proprietary charger.
As for this headset, it fits perfectly on my wife's smaller ear and does not flop around like the majority of other headsets have. The flip-out mic boom is nice because it provides a foolproof method of turning the device on and off; no ambiguity!
The voice quality is excellent for both sending and receiving. And the thing is feather-light. She often forgets that she's wearing it. Lastly, it looks really sleek -- far better than the pictures would lead you to believe.
Having said all of that, I would not get this headset for myself. It looks just a bit too feminine for me. I mean it's very sharp looking, just not quite my apropos to my style.

This bluetooth device works just as it promises, with one exception. I can only be about 10 feet away from the cell phone before I start to hear static. Set-up was very easy. I can use it for days without having to charge it. It's easy to put on and stays put while I am driving. I have used it outside and had no complaints from the person on the other end about wind noise or other sounds. My last headset made me sound like I was in a wind tunnel if I was outside taking a call. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it, especially given the reasonable price.

The Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset looks very slick and it fits comfortably over the ear. It's not one of those headsets that you have to stick in your ear and that get uncomfortable after a while. You can wear this headset for hours and you'll probably forget you're wearing it.
In general the sound quality is very good. My only real concern with the H700 is that people I am talking to tell me that my voice is tinny and sometimes almost sounds like I am a robot.
Overall... a very good bluetooth headset.

I use to have a Plantronics explorer headset, but the Motorola is by far a better product. Its light weight makes you almost not feel that you have it on. I consider it a great purchase. The sound quality is good, and it is extremely simple to use. The only drawback is that from time time I hear a bit of static.

This is my second one (my puppy got a hold of my first one and had a snack), I bought both through buy.com and I received both in less then 24 hrs from ordering and you cant beat that!
I have a hard time hearing with back round noise and my last blue tooth the mot H300 (the one that takes a regular AAA battery worked well but was not loud enough. The H700 is so loud I don't even have to turn it all the way up. I can hear and hold a conversation with while driving with the windows down! It connects when you open in the flip in less then 3 seconds and is very comfortable. I read some reviews where people stated that the mic would rest on your cheek and people would hear your voice as muffled. Not true in my case. It feels secure on your ear and no one even knows your using a headset.
I highly recommend the H700 to anyone but only if you buy it from buy.com as you wont find it cheaper anywhere else unless its a knock off on ebay. Plus with shipping as fast as buy.com provides how can you beat it?
If your thinking about buying it stop right now and buy the thing. You wont regret it.

After doing some research around the web, I saw some negative reviews about the volume level and sound quality of this headset. After using this headset for a while, I believe most of those negative reviews were from people who bought counterfeit merchandise from Ebay. Everyone I have talked to has told me they can't tell I am on a headset. The volume level on my end is plenty loud in any reasonable situation. Pairing and operation are easy, and if you have a Motorola phone you can use the included charger for your phone too. Buy this headset retail and you will not be disappointed.

My wife wanted a bluetooth headset. Sprint mentioned the H700 was good. I wanted to check the "reviews" before she spent the money. After Googling, I found that the reviews were, for the most part, "good", I happened on Buy.com and purchased it + a warranty (It only took 3-days to arrive - THANK YOU). After which, we charged it up (2 hours) and it was VERY easy to pair! This is a great sounding ear-piece! I can't even tell if she is using IT or (ONLY) her phone. The only reason whey I give it an "overall satisfaction" of "4" is that I don't care for the ear-pieces incorporating the "over-the-ear" or "cyborg" design. I favor the discreet, "behind-the-ear" style. OK, I may be a dieing breed.

My first bluetooth headset, the H700, was reccomended by a friend who has become somewhat of a bluetooth headset expert. I have been very pleased with my choice. I am a little disappointed with the battery life when i carry it in my pocket. I dont know if it is because the button keeps getting pressed or what. There seems to be no battery issue when i dont carry it in my pocket. Frankly, I dont care to just wear it around all the time.
I am very happy with both the comfort and ease of use. I really like the flip out option. Not only does the headset answer calls when you open the boom, but you know it will not initiate any calls when the boom is closed. The first day used it, I had to wear it for 12 plus hours. I found it very comfortable and did not suffer any of the 'discomfort' usually reported by first time headset wearers.

Well, after buying my new moto krzr, I decided to look into the bluetooth headsets for safety while driving. They rated the H700 as a very good model, and after searching for the best price, Buy had it for close to 50% cheaper than Best Buy. I'm very happy with it...nice and simple...nice quality, and the price couldn't be better.

I bought this to use with my new Motorola Krazr and it works great. I have used it on many drives and most of the time I forget its in my ear. When the phone rings just press the big button and your instantly connected. If your phone uses voice dial, its great for that also. I have asked everyone I have talked to how it sounds on their end and they have all said I sound very clear. Its a great little product and I would deffinately recommend it.

After having used a few bluetooth headsets, this one seems to be somthing i will stick to for a while.
Its VERY easy to use, especially with the foldable boom mic which also acts as a ON-OFF switch. I am using it with Blackberry 7130c and the performance is good. People who i called from my car have complained about background noise but it is not that bad even on freeways.

Overall: Great value for money and easy to use. Range is also okay and you can walk till 10-15 ft away from your phone.

This headset was so easy to set up and use. I've had no problems whatsoever with it. Voice clarity is excellent. Distance is not too bad either. I was able to move approx. 15 - 20 feet away before the static started. Highly recommend this.

This was my first purchase from Buy.com. besides getting the H700 for about $70 cheaper then retail, I received the headset within 28 hours of placing my order online. I was highly impressed.
I love the H700. I was a little concerned that the flip open to connect the phone would take too long to be able to answer and incoming call. It only takes baout 3 seconds with my moto V710 phone to connect. The sound quality is great. The volume? Spectacular. I have some trouble hearing. My last bluetooth headset was the Moto h300 and I had a very hard time hearing on that headset. I had to turn the volume down on the H700!
The style, quality of craftmanship and the volume is more then enough reason to buy the H700!

I had the HS850 and was never quite satisfied with it. The maximum volume level of the HS850 was so low that when driving the road noise drowned out the call. I love the pairing activation by opening the mic boom. Both offer this feature and it is the best idea going. Love the H700.

I recently upgraded from the Motorola HS-820 Bluetooth Headset. The smaller, lighter H700 appealed to me. The H700 is compact and comfortable. The sound quality into my ear is great and slightly better than my old HS-820. However, people that I call from my headset consistently had trouble hearing me clearly. I use my H700 with a Blackberry 8700C (Cingular). Battery life is pretty good and I like the folder mic boom that powers the unit off to save battery life. Overall happy with my purchase but I was expecting better.

This is my first bluetooth headset I have owned. I have owned many earbuds and wired headsets in the past and this is better than them by far. The overall comfort, sound quality, and ease of use is much better than a normal wired headset. The best part of all is it is wireless so there is no more wires to untangle, connectors to plug in or fumbling with the phone when the it rings. Just pop open the headset and you are talking or if its already open just hit the button. I am very pleased with this headset and would recommend it to anyone.
