1 of 5 Don't buy this one Monday, February 19, 2007 Mark from Enon, OH
I have had nothing but problems with this device. It doesn't use Windows "approved" software and that may be the source of the problem. When I close my laptop to change locations and open it again it often uses a port that I did not select. Other times it will not allow me to sync with my Treo 650. It says my port is in use although I have no other devices running. I have reinstalled the software 3 times with no help at fixing the problem. Other times it tries to use a port that doesn't exist on my computer. It's a waste of money. I'd recommend purchasing another adapter. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 This worked great! On my Mac and my PC Monday, January 08, 2007 A Customer from Monroe, WA.
I just thought I would let you all know this product works great if you have a Mac or a PC! I have linked up my Smartphone to my PC via this device and it works great I can take my phone anywhere in the house or Garage and even on the patio and porch. If you need Bluetooth and don't have it on a PC or a Mac this will work!
One last thing my Mac is a Power Mac dual G5 and my laptop is a dell latitude D610! It is worth the money! Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 great product, could've been better Saturday, November 04, 2006 -Adam from Long Beach, MS
This adapter was a cinch to install & setup, and it's performance is great. The only complaint that I have is that it didn't include any software whatsoever, and none is available for download on the manufacturer's website. I use mine primarily to connect to a RAZR cellphone, to transfer pictures, etc. I'm limited to the Windows XP "bluetooth system folder" with sets up by default. Transfering the data (pics, ringtones, whatever) is plenty do-able, but a little awkward. For the low cost, it was a great value- Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 So So Range Friday, November 03, 2006 Charlie from Peekskill, NY
I was able to get the adapter to respond only up to 10 feet (yes, feet) and only in the same room. (Sheetrock and wooden studs around room, not aluminum or steel.) I don't know where they get a range of up to 100 meters.
Easy to set up and operate. The software worked immediately as advertised. I only wish the range were better. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Worth to buy Tuesday, October 31, 2006 Shailesh from FL USA
I was looking for Audio transmitter to connect with headset to connet to Skype / Yahoo. This is worth what I wanted to have. The only issue is if I remove the dongle from laptop and reconnect the software does not detect the dongle and I need to reinstall the software. That what make it non Plug and Play.
2. If u have used IVT bluetooth software, U will find its software little bit more complicated.
3. I often find it difficult to connect to my P910i Was this review helpful?

I bought this Bluetooth adapter specifically to connect my Fujitsu Lifebook laptop to my Canon PIXMA MP500 printer wirelessly.
The software and hardware installation took a little bit of time to finish, but it went flawlessly. Just follow the directions and it's done. Make sure to have the printer driver ready.
I am now able to print wirelessly from my laptop, and very happy with the purchase. No more wires... Was this review helpful?
