5 of 5 Great notebook mouse Wednesday, September 20, 2006 A Customer from Los Angeles, CA
I have been using the Logitech notebook mouse for about three weeks and have no real complaints. It is larger than the mini mouse size, easier to use in my hand. You just plug in the receiver and you are ready to go. One thing to be aware of: the snap in feature for the receiver does not snap in flush with the bottom of the mouse, so make sure you securely place it in your bag; otherwise, it will be possible for it to pop off. 1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 Great value, needs minor driver update Monday, October 24, 2005 Rich from Urbana, IL
This product works very well, with minor exceptions. It is vastly superior to the touchpad and buttons on a laptop. Not overly sensitive to surface - I use it on my knee or the corner of my laptop. Minor gripes: The horizontal scroll mode of the wheel has a non-linear scale which can cause either too-fast or too-slow scrolling depending on the page, but works well for software development where you need to see the far right end of a long line of source. The USB receiver is not too hard to get accidentally detached, and can be hard to find with its discrete dark color, especially in a dark auto interior.

5 of 5 Excellent wireless mouse for notebooks Sunday, September 04, 2005 CVuPlay100 from Houston, TX
I changed over from the Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse to this Logitech V200 and it has been great!! I was annoyed by the scroll wheel on the Microsoft because it was too hard. The size was good and it had textured sides for grip but the Logitech has some nicer features. 1) The scroll wheel is MUCH smoother and has side to side scrolling. 2) The optical engine is smoother. 3) The range is EXCELLENT. I never get interference and it is great for presentation in a large conference room when I can't be next to my computer. 4) The battery life is supposed to be better but I haven't had it long enough for 1 set to run out - and I use it for at least 8 hours everyday. (2 months)
I was skeptical of the change at first but I am sold now. It is worth the money (especially if you have a 10% off coupon). Was this review helpful?
