4 of 5 Beutifull machine, great quality construction, com Monday, September 25, 2006
Jason from Columbia, MO

The life drive is an all-in-one wonder when it comes to personal electronics. I use this to check email, store information, listen to music, record lectures and presentations, read news, sports, etc, look at pics (screen is very high quality). I use epocrates and several other medical programs. I also use the doctogo application everyday. Overall I love it so far, but it could be better. I have run into several problems with the communication between lifedrive, internal memory, and SD expansion. When I got it from the box it only had 65mb available to me to use of internal (what happened to 128 total?). So I wanted to put the apps on internal with their respective databases on the lifedrive. This didn't work, caused many fatal errors, had to reformat. Still working on this problem. The next problem is that I record presentations and the size of the record file is way to much for the internal memory, but the lifedrive sucks all the power out and it dies in less than 90 minutes. Fix=expansion card. Unfortunately, the recorder doesn't allow you to record in mp3, so you get large wav files. However, the sound quality is superb. I also have trouble syncing life drive files to the desktop. It is easy to put files on the lifedrive with the desktop manager though. Problem 3. The sync cord will not stay firmly in the connection, if you even touch it you lose your connection and have to start all over again. Problem 4. You don't have as much power over syncing as you used to (had a handspring). It seems like it is all or nothing. Problem 5. while listening to music if you try to switch to another application, it hangs and sometimes fatal errors me. With all that said as soon as I figure out how to use this thing I will be invinsible! I highly recommend this product.

5 of 5 This does it all Tuesday, February 07, 2006
LTSst103 from Richmond Hill, Ga.
Ok I have had my LD for almost a month now and I have about 200 songs on it and have downloaded some games, also have converted movies to watch, my only complaint is the batery life isn't as good as I thought it would be, but I guess thats because of the hard drive.

5 of 5 best PDA on the market Wednesday, January 04, 2006
Sully from Cleveland
i found really nothing wrong with it except for a couple of things. The slow loading web pages seem become very annoying very quickly. Sometimes it takes a minute or too to fully load the page. I also did not like the power on and off switch. The last PDA i had was an iPaq which had the push button power on switch the Lifedrive has a slide switch making it less convient when power on and off quickly. Also it takes a little longer to load. The other thing is the placement of the headphone jack on the lifedrive on the bottom. Similar to the iPod Nano it felt a little uncomfortable. Video playback was another issue as it was a little slow and grainy. Audio playback was not that bad but multi tasking causes some pauses in playback. The overall look and performance was superior than any other PDA on the market. Very sleek looking it had good weight and feel. The screen was amazing and clear with a great viewing angle. The menu was very easy to use and get use too. The wireless feature was very quick to connect too and use. The huge space available is great too with also the expandible memory slot. Its nice not to worry if you have enough space available to save a document Overall this was a great organization tool. A step above other PDAs and a step under a labtop.

4 of 5 Love the Memory! Tuesday, August 16, 2005
Ron from Ogden, Utah
Sleek, well organized unit. Only real drawback is the bulkiness and weight. That's the price of the huge jump in RAM. Overall this is a great PDA.
