Quick and free shipment from buy.com via FedEx! Excellent mount and well worth the value, I paid $66. Installed my 22" LCD with ease. My desk is older, so it does not have a large edge overhang nor does it have the cable holes. The mount comes with both options, edge mount or hole mount. The edge mount allows you to remove the clamp portion. I drilled two 5/16 holes through the side panel and installed the mount by locating the clamp portion on the interior of the desk! Beautiful and very functional.

This is the third Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Arm I have purchased. It is an amazing product at an amazing price. It offers multiple mounting options, is sleek and stylish and good looking, and works flawlessly. I have 19 to 24 inch monitors on my Ergotrons, and have one other Ergotron product, as well. This is a great product and a great value.

This thing has a lot of versatily to give you warm and fuzzys for any viewing angle you could ever want for your display. I use it for my 22" and it has never failed to handle any treatment for shifting ergonomics or repositioning on the fly for delivering the optimum viewing position.

Works great! Supports my 23inch Acer monitor with no problems and easily adjusts to different positions. Tension adjustment to allow stable position or to make it easy to move around is simple and effective.

This is my first Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Arm and it worked great for me. The arm is mounted at the edge of my desk and holds my 22" LCD. It is very sturdy and can be easily adjusted to move from left to right and up or down. This is an excellent product for its price.

This the second Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Arm - 45-174-300 I have purchased. The first articulates my 24" LCD and the second supports a 19" LCD. I would never have made the second purchase, but the exceptional quality, value and performance of the first unit made the decision compelling. It is hard to believe such a well engineered and crafted device can sell for so little. If you are looking for extra desk space and a highly adjustable monitor support, you cannot do better.

This table mount can definitely hold large monitors and is very solid. I have a Soyo 24" which is happily hovering over my desk. I can see that this is the very outer limit of its capability as the arm is sagging slightly but it is not going to fall. It should be rock solid for smaller monitors. Assembly is a bit annoying with the bad instructions but it can be done. THE KEY IS KNOWING THAT THE CIRCULAR DISKS ON THE MAIN JOINT NEED TO BE DEPRESSED INWARD (SQUEEZED) TO ADJUST THE HIEGHT OF THE ARM. Once you know this, everything else is a snap. Hope this helps others who buy this. I used the desk mount that allowed me to mount it in the cable hole on my desk surface. Worked out nicely. I originally had it using the edge mount which was fine as well. If you're willing to drill a small hole on your desk top you will get a very strong mount, but not necessary at all as the other mount options are great.

I have owned numerous monitor mounts over the years, but none have equaled the quality or flexibility of the Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Arm - 45-174-300. The mount is made of heavy cast aluminum and has an attractive, durable gloss silver painted finish. It comes with two sets of mounting hardware to work with most applications. Mine is clamped to a glass top desk and holds a 24" LCD with ease. The one button height adjustment is handy, but I seldom have any reason to change its perfect height. Set up is easy and the mounting hardware provides a safe and secure attachment. I just purchased a second unit, because the price of $65.99 is practically free. I recommend this product for anyone who wants superior control of their monitor's visibility and freeing up of approximately 25% of your desk top work surface.

I actually use a 40 inch monitor as my main viewing screen and it is mounted on the wall. I needed a device that would allow me to use my 22 inch monitor as a secondary viewing screen and This device works perfectly. It supports my 22 inch monitor with ease. It also gets it up off the desk and I can adjust it to just about any position I need and it gives me more desk top space. I like it very much and recommend it to any one that likes a clean work space

Strong enough to hold up a 18lb 26" lcd. Like it becouse now I can slide my keyboard under the monitor and can turn the lcd from side to side easily. Meets my needs fine.

Only problem I had was that the 22" monitor was rather heavy and even after tightening the joint screws to the maximum it would not hold it to the desired height. I took the collapsing joint apart, added a washer made out of card board paper and tighten it again. Now it holds my monitor just fine wherever I set it! My point is that if you have a 22" monitor too and do not understand what I am saying above, buy a bigger more expensive arm that will hold the weight without any need for tweaking.

These Ergotron neo-flex arms are incredible. I can't imagine anything else being more flexible than this. If you can dream up a position for your computer monitor, this thing will allow you to put it there. I had no problems setting this up (I am fairly handy, though). Plus, these are very affordable. All-in-all, definitely worth it.

I bought this item for ergonomic reasons. I wear bifocal lenses so have to tilt my head to view a regularly seated monitor. I was having so much neck pain that after a few minutes I had to stop. With this device I am able to get the monitor into a position so that I can keep my neck in natural alignment thus improving my comfort level. Added benefits for me are the added desk space. It holds my 24" HP monitor without difficulty. However, you have to use tools to tighten tension. It also offers a variety of ways to attach to your desk.

i bought 2 unit. One for a 19"lcd and the other for a 22" widescreen. The hex screws for the joints are very tight. The bushing of the main arm where it meets the base need improvement. When mounting the 22", there too much play. With the 19", there was no problem. The 2 cable clips are not sufficient-need 2 more; one near the base and one near the lcd mounting plate. Once the base is secure and the hex screw for the adjustment are snub, there was no problem. The 22" asus widescreen and the 19" HP LCD had no trouble staying where they are. Solid constructions for the arms but need a different method of cable management.

This monitor arm is for 15-17 inches LCD. I have mounted this LCD arm with an HP L1940T. monitor cannot say up. The arm are cheaply made.

Ergotron makes some of the best computer accessories in the industry. For under 100$ this mount is excellent. If you move your monitor on occasion then get this. I works for me.

I've had my eye on this item for a while and finally decided to buy it. It arrived within a week (free shipping). Item was fully assembled. Included the tools to adjust it and the adapter plate to fit my 22" flatscreen LCD monitor. My monitor weighs 14lbs and this arm supports it confidently. After proper setting the tension at the joints, the action is smooth and stable. The arm sections feature cable guides to ensure the cables follow the monitor movement. This arm is a lot more attractive than the phone books I previously had under the monitor stand and the color (silver) matches my monitor too. I'm happy! The slim nature of an LCD monitor is a benefit over a conventional CRT screen, but the tendency is for the monitor to be positioned at the rear side of the desk/table (to allow use of all the previously occupied space on the desk by the CRT). For an LCD monitor running at max resolution (1680x1050, or higher) clarity at that distance can be a challenge. Solution: NeoFlex LCD arm by Ergotron. With the LCD monitor mounted on this arm, the LCD can be gently positioned closer for easier viewing then 'parked' back above the mount when done and all the material on the desktop is safe.

This LCD mounting arm is very well constructed. All swivel points can be adjusted for the amount of resistance to movement. The unit is rugged and made of high quality materials. I'm using it in a small RV to hold a 19" flat screen TV. This mount allows positioning the TV for viewing from various seating positions or positioning it for use as an auxillary monitor for my laptop PC. The optional quick release mount allows me to easily remove the TV from the mount and stow the TV while traveling. Great product. Note that some previous reviewers may not have figured out all of the adjustments. There are 6 swivel points which allow the TV to be positioned in any orientation. Also, two of the joint tension adjusting screws have locking set-screws. These set-screws must be loosened first, then adjust the main adjusting screw, then re-tighten the set-screw. May sound complicated but it works wonderfully and all the necessary tools are included with the unit.

This product is great for a medical office, or any other office where its important to show client information to the client while they are there. This makes it easy to move the screen from the standard position to a comfortable view for the client. The employee also benefits from having a elivated monitor envirnment which reduces neck strain.

The over all build feels great, solid. Easy to set up. Only downer is that the arm is click stop up and down so it becomes a two hand operation. Would have liked it to be one hand usable.

Although this item was wonderfully made (very heavy metal) it has distinct limitations. If you can attach the arm directly to a lip on a table or desk, it would be perfect. My desk does not have a lip on it, so I've had to attach the arm to the cabinet above the desk which does not allow the arm to adjust properly. The arm does not allow me to bring the television straight out then angle it toward me without the television twisting at a c*ckeyed angle. I even tried removing the one removable section. Since this is the only way the arm will work, I either have to watch the television from a side view or put the television back on its pedestal on the desk.

This LCD arm looks stylish and feels sturdy. It allows the LCD monitor to tilt, pivot and swivel freely and easily. It is also the cheapest in this product category. Many similar products will cost well about $100. So this space-saving LCD arm is an amazing product at this price. That being said, there is one thing I do want to complain: The joint that controls tilting is somewhat loose. Some time when I try to adjust the monitor, it will just "swing down" towards the desk. Kinda scary. To adjust the tension you tighten a screw on the side, and it isn't easy. The same thing goes to the joints controlling swiveling and pivoting, although those two joints are not so much of a problem.

We recently updated our office at work, and one of the items we each received was a monitor arm. I liked it so much I started shopping on line for one. When I saw the price we paid at work, I thought I might have to put off purchasing one, but then I found the Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Mount - 45-174-300 at $.. plus shipping. I couldn't pass it up. The one at work cost almost $300. The Ergotron Neo-Flex works just as well as the one at work. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking at many of the different mounts for monitors, i have a 22 inch samsung and this flex mount works perfectly, you can tell the quality of the metal is good, there is no problem with the tilt even on a huge 22 inch monitor, for this price you cannot go wrong, don't spend $200 on a mount when you can get this one for less than half, it comes fully assembled and there are different options of how to mount it, just make sure your monitor is less then the recommended weight and it works just like it says it should. i was very pleased with the item hopefully you will be too

I made the decision to purchase this mount based mostly on the price - it was the least expensive one I could find. I am using it with a 17" LCD that has an attached set of speakers. Pros: Best price, Simple to attach to desk, No problem handling the weight of the LCD + speakers, Looks very nice, Well packed/protected in a custom shipping box, Includes all necessary tools. Cons: Some of the bolts were very tight at first and hard to loosen, Took some fiddling to get the tension adjusted properly, Overall movement could be a bit smoother.

Many options, including removing the center arm if you feel there are just two many joints. Will mount through cable hole, slide behind the worktop and clamp, or just clamp if you have the room. Cable management was a little flimsy for a commercial environment so I replaced with a velcro strip through each of the same slots that the plastic loops used. Supplied loops would be fine for home. Solid arm, totally adjustable, good price.

The arm is wonderful as a way to get the monitor off the desktop. In our busy office it is also way to keep the monitors from accidentally getting knocked off the desks. The only thing we did not like about it, the swivel "joint" at the top of the neck that tightens with the allen wrench, does not "lock" the monitor in place. So it has the tendency to slowly settle to an awkward angle. The one thing we would change would be to have that "joint" lock into place instead of tighten with the allen wrench.

If you have an LCD monitor, this is a must! Remember how you saved desk space by buying that LCD? Now you can get it completely off the desk. The arm comes completely assembled and like the previous reviewer states, take the LCD off the desk stand, screw in the 4 screws (VESA mount 75mm or 100mm) and clamp the arm to you desk or attach to the wall. There is an UNLIMITED number of positions to move your monitor, as well as easily rotating it 360 degrees! Although, you'll probably just want to rotate 90 for portrait mode. When you turn off your computer, just swing or park the monitor out of the way and Shazzaaammm! - you have full use of your desk. I love this QUALITY piece and have bought several - even use on my LCD TV in the computer room. You'll wonder why you waited so long to buy it. Check out www.ergotron.com for pictures.

This is a very versatile arm that will twist in just about any form you put it. It locks up nicely. Very easy to setup. has 3 ways to mount it. Fits any VESA monitor, pop 4 screws in, you're done. Solid sturdy construction, not some flimsy plastic or metal. Looks very stylish too.
