Packaged well and arrived in great condition. I had it plugged in and working within 10 minutes. I used it to back up files in one computer to transfer to a newer one. Worked like a charm! The unit is compact easy to set up and a good bargain. My only complaint would be the USB cable is a little short, while the power cable is more then adequate.
