4 of 5 Great starter universal remote Friday, August 05, 2005

I have used this remote for 6 months and my impression is mostly positive. It has effectively replaced the 4 remotes I used to have cluttering my coffee table. For the most part, it is simple enough to use that most people can figure out how to do the basic things without asking. In terms of flexibility and power, there is nothing lacking in this remote. The Logitech web interface allows you to customize just about every part of the remote. My only complaint would be its shortage of dedicated buttons. Newer models come with dedicated buttons for navigation and changing activities. These are the buttons I miss the most on this remote. Was this review helpful?
