As I said in the title, this game is simply one of the best shooters that I have ever played. Anyone who has played earlier Call of Duty titles will find that the multiplayer in Modern Warfare is a vast improvement over the other games: a great selection of weapons, a new ranking system, several different gameplay modes, and dozens of other features. Even those who are new to first person shooters should give this game a try.
For those interested in the single player, the story remains true to the series, although in COD 4, virtually everything is improved.
With all that being said, I must warn anyone who purchases this item, BUY.COM NO LONGER CARRIES CERTAIN BONUS ITEMS. For this game, that means while you may purchase the Game of the Year edition, you WILL NOT receive the unlock code for the additional maps. Other than that, you will receive the full game. If you want nonstop action, with amazing graphics and extraordinary A.I. this is the game for you. Plus, with an established Multiplayer community via Xbox Live, you will always have the great experience while playing this game.
