Update: I just received the replacement headphone and it works pretty well. The only thing to remember is that to find the transmitter's frequency I have to to press the reset button on power on. Not too difficult. I am very impressed by Computer Geek's very fast and courteous response. Their support person, Misty was willing to take any action that would make this work. I bought either this one or a similar one about 2 years back. I felt it is hard to use, I struggled to find the channel it is transmitting on. I had to go through all the FM channels to find the one this device is transmitting on, and once I find it I cannot save it, meaning if I turn off the device, I need to find the channel all over again. I lost the "manual" that came with it, so it is possible I don't know how to use it. Was this review helpful?
