5 of 5 Great little speaker system Friday, July 31, 2009
    A Customer from Arlington, VA

I bought 2 (I have twins)and they're terrific. Great value, easy to use, and they have enough 'power'. My kids drag them outside and anywhere in the house they evenually land. i recommend this product.

    5 of 5 Fantastic for my 4GB Fuze Tuesday, June 30, 2009
    Shirley from Eustis, Fl
I love it and it's the first one I have seen that would work and charge a Sansa Fuze. I'm having a little problem getting the remote to work on simple functions like turning off sometimes, but that might just be me since I haven't even looked at the manual yet. I have to disagree with some people though since the sound at all levels seems to be good for me once I figured out you had to add the bass and suround sound from the remote only.

5 of 5 Nice little speaker Tuesday, June 23, 2009
A Customer from San Antonio, TX
Nice speaker system, small, but even at low volumes fills the room up with great sounding music. Haven't tried cranking it up to full volume, so can't comment on that. I have rockbox on my c240, and it plays without problems, it just boots and plays under the sansa firmware. You do have to have the latest sansa firmware on your player, which my player does.

5 of 5 Excellent sound reproduction Friday, June 19, 2009
    Gardener from Broken Bow, OK
We bought the speakers because we have the Sansa E200 series and Fuze MP3 players. The Sansas have everything I need in a MP3 player. The Altec Lansing speakers does an excellent job in sound reproduction. It has good range. We currently have this unit in the kitchen. We also have the Timex Clock Radio speaker system for Sansa in our bedroom. However, the Altec Lansing speakers are better.

4 of 5 Great overall - muddled sound at max volume Friday, June 12, 2009
    A Customer from Peoria, IL
The dock overall works great - love the sound and it's very easy to use as long as your Sansa firmware is original (sorry Rockbox users) and updated. Only complaint is if you want to use for, say, a backyard gathering in a spread area, it doesn't sound great at loudest volumes.

    A Customer from Sumter, SC
I have Sansa View and have been wanting this dock for months now, but it was 100$. I got a great deal on buy.com and got it for 30$ with free shipping. It has great sound and very useful in my office.

    Nikki from Texas
This is beautiful, easy to set up, loud (don't understand the comment about it could be louder; maybe you need to turn your Sansa up), great remote. Great deal. Very pleased.

    5 of 5 GREAT DEAL Monday, June 08, 2009

I purchased 2 for less than 60 dollars delivered. What a great investment. These work great with great volume control. I listened to it all weekend outdoors with recharchable AAA batteries.

4 of 5 This little guy speaks up! Saturday, June 06, 2009
    Jared from Columbia, MO
I knew that laptops with Altec Lansing speakers had superior sound, so I decided to pick up the Altec Lansing iM413 speakers. Woot.com had them on sale for $25.00 shipped! Having previously docked my Sansa e260 on a Timex Alarm clock, I have to say the difference in volume and sound quality is remarkable. While this dock is no substitute for a full fledged boom box, it provides superior sound quality and more than adequate volume for it's size. My only quarrel with system is that it is very particular about Sansa firmware. It must be the latest firmware released by Sansa. I am a fan of Rockbox firmware which predicts battery life to the minute, provides many different skins for the play screen, and comes with several games and other basic applications, such as a calculator. This docking station will not let me remotely navigate the tracks so long as I keep my beloved Rockbox.

    5 of 5 Great deal...go buy one Friday, June 05, 2009
    Swidgey from N.E.P.A.
Was lucky to get this when it was on sale for $30, OMG what a fabulous deal. The sound is amazing. I hooked up an E250, all features work great and all features of the remote do too. It has bass boost that really makes a difference. We don't have any radio reception where I live, so I transmitted streaming audio from my laptop and this unit's antennae picked up the signal just great in the back yard. You can also hook up another MP3 player, CD player, computer or whatever if you have a 3.5mm cord.

Nice sounding good working speaker dock. could have been 3 inches or so wider, could have had a real fm antenna, could have had a carry handle.

5 of 5 Great sound at a great price Monday, June 01, 2009
    D-man from Jamestown, NC
I've been wanting this for over a year now since I first got my Sansa e250, but didn't want to spend $100 for it. Got for $40 at buy.com w/free shipping. It has been all that I expected, thus I am very pleased with it. The sound quality is great - I am currenly using it in my kitchen, but plan to take it to my work office. The remote has very limited functionality (volume, skip to next song, cycles through the sources, etc.) but it serves it's purpose and I have no gripes about it. For the current price, it is a must have for anyone with a sansa.

5 of 5 Very nice sound, wish it would go a little louder. Saturday, May 30, 2009
    Tony from East Meadow, NY
This is a very nice dock for my Sansa e250. The sound is clear and big from such a small package. I had the latest firmware on my Sansa and it was pretty much plug and play. Remote works great. My only complaint is I wish it would go louder but that is to be expected from such a small speaker system.

5 of 5 Happy with Purchase Tuesday, May 26, 2009

This little docking/speaker system has surprisingly good sound. I bought this for my Sansa Fuze because it was featured on the Sansa website so I figured it was compatible with my Fuze. Works great!

    5 of 5 A Great Sound System! Saturday, May 23, 2009
    Kenn from Portsmouth,VA
I bought 2, 1 for work and 1 for the garage. I have 6 of the Sansa units from 2 to 8 gig. I can pop a different one in anytime. The sound quality is excellent. It has a mini phone input and a remote. I got these 2 (including shippin)for less than half the price from TigerDirect (not including shipping).

5 of 5 Altec Lansing iM413 Digital Speaker System Monday, May 18, 2009
    Bertjr1 from Seal Beach, California
This is by far one of the best little speaker system I have purchased in a long time. It has great tone, with a base control if you want it, and it even comes with it own FM station set up in the unit. I really didn't think it would be able to be used on my Sansa C-200 but it even has adapters for other units also. I am impressed to say the least. I also checked out the price against other dealers and I of course bought this one on sale but even at that it was an excellent price.

5 of 5 Great dock for Sansa Saturday, May 16, 2009
    Raymond from New Orleans, LA
This speaker dock works great with my 8GB Sansa View even in a clear plastic case. At first I did not think it was charging the device, but I realized it was just that the View was already fully charged. Once I ran the battery down a bit it showed charging. The radio gets great reception, even on one difficult to receive station. I love the fact that it has a little place for the remote that holds it very securely in place. One minor disappointment is that the remote does not seem to be "full feature" in that it does not seem to allow full access to the View's menus. As far as I can tell it only works once you have manually gotten into a playlist, album, artist, etc. Then you can contol Start, Stop, Next and not much more. I am hoping that perhaps I have missed something. I ran the firmware updater so I think I have the latest firmware. There are not many speaker docks for Sansa players. This one works very well.

5 of 5 Something for the ipod haters Saturday, May 09, 2009
    Kenny from ky
My first Mp3 was an Ipod Shuffle and I hated that thing (itunes). I have not gone Apples since but I am jealous of all the accessories you can get for Apple. This works great with my Sansa. Its really well made, nice looking, lots of little well thought out touches (like a place to hold the remote), and sounds very good. The only negative is its not too loud. For the money it is a great little device, and I am pretty hard to please.

5 of 5 My Sansa E280 poped in and works great Friday, May 08, 2009
    Mack McKinney from Yorktown TX
As the instructions said I hooked the Sansa to my computer and went to the Sansa website to upgrade the firmware. I had to delete an album to have the required free 8M to do the update. The remote works fine and my Sansa E280 charges by just setting it on the standard connector. Perfect for my needs and what a great price.

I was very impressed with the speaker. It works great with my Sansa Fuze and is very appropriate for my needs. I love the little remote too. Couldn't ask for a better product and service for the money. The shipping was extremely fast too. Thanks.

5 of 5 Sansa Portable Speakers Wednesday, December 31, 2008
    Becky from Duncanville, Texas
The speakers work beautifully with my younger daughter's Sansa Fuze. The older daughter's Sansa e200 does not interface directly with the speakers - we are using the auxiliary jack which allows it to play, but does not allow navigation with the remote. Firmware update didn't fix the problem. (We're still looking for fixes.) Sound quality is great and my younger daughter loves that it will run on batteries - they took hers with them to the tennis court the other day, althought I don't know that it helped their game any!
