Well, the unit is awesome and really roomy inside. You will know what I mean when you get it. The only problem is with Cooler Master's customer support. I was sent the unit with a cracked 230 mm side fan and managed to submit my info and become approved for a replacement fan. However, that was three weeks ago and I have not received the replacement part. Cooler Master puts you on hold and you are unable to get connected; you just have to listen to their rap music playing in the background. No online support worked for me either. Consider another brand of case, if possible for this reason. Other than the bad fan, I love it and cannot wait for the fan fairy to save the day. Was this review helpful?

I just bought this tower, huge box!! the tower itself is great for air flow and made for easy installation, I am keeping my tower in plain sight so the look mad it a lil easier on the eyes. Buy.com was fast! it got there the next day! and i only paid for free shipping, had a small problem and buy.com customer service actually helped me out quickly, first time using this site but a great start. a side note tried contacting cooler master but they have yet to respond to me, doesnt make me feel so sure about the level of customer support....
