5 of 5 Timer Feature Doesn't Work 1/9/2010

I bought this product at Wal-Mart and tried it - several times! It would not switch from cook to warm automatically in the time indicated in the booklet. I exchanged it for another - same thing. I wrote to the company and they sent me another one. It still will not switch from cook to warm after the maximum time indicated in the book.

I purchased and received the first rice cooker yesterday. After using it, I'm convinced it is a great deal. How can you go wrong for under $20 (delivered via FedEX). I liked it so much that I ordered another one to be given as a wedding gift.

 4.3 of 5 The 'Title' of the rice cooker is misleading 10/29/2009

This is a tiny rice cooker. '6 cups' is for cooked rice, it will only take 3 cups uncooked rice, no more. Other than that, it cooks rice nicely. I think the steamer is useless if you are cooking for more than 1 person since it's so tiny.
