Great projector, my kids and I watched quite a few movies so far, even those we had watched before, but in a completely different dimension, get some popcorn, turn lights off and enjoy.

This projector is not top of the line by far, but it is a superb device for the price. Image is clear, good brightness, the only thing that would have been great is the ability to have more screen size choices. You only have a couple of placement options if you are trying to get the picture to fit on a standard pull down screen.

I bought this projector for my classroom as my school could not afford one. It works great for projecting from my computer and document camera. Pros: price! size, weight. Cons: no DVI, HDMI, or Component inputs. There is no RGB out which could be helpful for some users. The lack of a zoom feature is fine if you have flexibility in where you place the device but it would be a nice addition. The lack of internal speaker is not a con for me; if it had one, the quality would suck and I would use external speakers regardless. So, overall, a nice projector for the price.

I have owned this product for about 3 weeks now. Viewed couple of movies. I believe it has really worked well so far. If they had provided inbuilt speaker system with the product, that would have been really great. When you are shelling out more than $400 for a product, providing basic accessories like speakers would have been really nice. Anyways, I do not have any complaints. The product provides what it advertises and with good price from buy.com and delivery in no time, I am really enjoying this transaction.

I bought this projector about a month ago and couldn't be more pleased with the experience I've had with it. Projecting at "110 diagonal it looks amazing. I know there are plenty of projectors out there that may be brighter, sharper, ect... but for what I paid I couldn't be more pleased. Watching HD-DVD's on my XBOX 360 is a beautiful experience with razor sharp edges and great contrast when dark. Split-screen gaming is no longer annoying when each of you have practically an entire television to yourself on the same screen. If you are looking to get a projector and have a budget then it doesn't get much better than this! My folks loved mine so much that they've just ordered another one for themselves along with a "120 screen.

I am using this one for watching movie at home, its quite ok. I made the economy mode ON for 1000 hrs enhanced lamp life. Still the images are quite good. At this price, I would say a good choice. Cons: Zoom feature is not available.

It is a bit misleading to to sell an SVGA (800x600) projector as a "1080i" projector. Those 1080 lines of actual video have to be displayed by 450 lines of actual display, far from rendering high-definition. The brightness was not quite what I expected. I displayed the image at 72 inches width (90 inches diagonal) and thought it to be pretty dim, a single table lamp in the room made the image begin to wash-out. With no lights on at night, it looked fine. I have therefore changed to a smaller screen than orginally planned, to increase the brightness of the image. I tried the 'long lamp life' mode, and although the image is a bit dimmer, it seems a pretty fair trade-off to get 1000 extra hours of lamp life. It's called 'whisper quiet' mode, and I can tell that the fan speed slows somewhat, but it really is not very much lower in sound intensity. It would have been nice to have included the Component video to Computer input converter, otherwise, you can't use the 1080i or 720p input.

I have not had that much experience in the projector world, but im glad that this is my first one. i bought a mount for it so its hanging from the cieling, its so easy to use too, all i did was get a long vga cable and found a vga for my xbox and now im playing on a giant 7.5 foot screen, truely unbelievable. I'm very satisfied with this product and the shipping was incredible, i choose the 5 day free shipping, and it came in maybe two or three days. overall im very satisfied.

have owned the unit for a week now. It is awesome! Shipping and delivery were right on time. Great service by buy.com. Was not expecting this before the end of 2007 but buy.com got it to me a week in advance and that made the family gatherings and movie nights so much more memorable. The display is sharp and the clarity of the output is crystal clear. watched Harry potter with the kids and bourne ultimatum with the adults. Could not have been more happier. My brother liked it so much that he is going to order one for his basement, replacing the panasonic that he has. Thank you buy.com for selling a great product and outstanding service!! Rahpad

This little projector is working great for use in my classroom. I added computer speakers and my DVD player and have a very portable setup for a big screen effect.

I bought this projector a few weeks ago. With the $100 mail-in rebate, it is probably the lowest-priced projector on the market. That said, it does not lack in quality by any means. I'll start off with the (very) few things I do not like. It is very limited in the ability to adjust the physical properties of the picture. You can only change the keystone, though there are buttons to do so right on the outside, though you can go through the menu as well. However, you cannot adjust the skew, zoom, tilt, or other properties that a high-end projector might allow. The upshot of all of this is you need to make sure you can line up the unit directly square with the projection Also, even though it can handle a 1080i signal, it does not have the component video input (YCbCr) used by most high-definition devices. VGA or S-Video are therefore you best options for highest quality video. Otherwise, this is an excellent projector. The picture quality is excellent, and you can change a variety of color options. The projector is small, lightweight & easily portable. I have absolutely no complaints thus far. If you're looking for a quality projector on a budget, you won't do better than this.
