2.7 of 5 HDTV Card doesn't work with Biostar mboard 11/29/2007
David from Bloomington, MN
My ATI TV Wonder 650 PCI card locks up my PC on startup. Card must be removed to use the PC. I have a Biostar M7VIG motherboard, ATI Radeon 9550 AGP graphics card, AMD Sempron 2200+ processor with 1Gig memory. Card works in Dell PC with Intel processor but still does not operate smoothly.

5 of 5 Best investment in my system 11/27/2007
James from Rice, Tx
This card breathed new life into my 6-year-old P4 system, it was the missing link to the best performance. I have a system with RAMBUS memory, and have been pleased with the speed of the system, but, WOW!!, what a difference this video card made!!! I play games & videos and I now don't miss any frames of video for any reason.

4.7 of 5 Worth the money 9/6/2007
nickeldown from MA
I picked mine up on ebay from someone who didn't read the package for a bargin 30 dollars. I have played all the STAR WAR games which put alot of load on the card and require the openGL and some pixel shader and it handles without a lag. It does bog down alittle for extreme graphics. I played a racecar game it was slow( i think it was the game itself). It renders nicely and plays movies with a crispness. THere is not much it can not do I have benchmarked it and there were very few features it could not handle. Again under extreme graphics loads it does slow down but only for a bit, it will catch up. ALso the ATI website is very helpful. The card is overclockable to an extent but I have not ventured down that road because I very rarely play games any more. I would recommend it to moderate to intermediate level gamers for graphics and a first step to bigger and better.
