5 of 5 Liinux Wireless USB NIC Wednesday, April 22, 2009 A Customer from Harrisonburg, Va.
Works out of the box with Ubuntu 8.10 Linux. It is the first one that I tried that did. No need to be programmer or figure out how to make a Windows driver work in Linux. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 GREAT! Monday, April 20, 2009 A Customer from Tuscaloosa, AL
I've had this so far for 2 weeks and it's working fabulously! it works 10 times better than the Linksys I had. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great for the Price Wednesday, April 08, 2009 A Customer from Bradford, PA
I didn't want to pay a lot for a wireless adapter for secondary computer and this works great with Windows XP. No problems with installation or use. Price and reviews from others got me to purchase this and I have no regrets! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Zonet is great!!! Tuesday, August 05, 2008 Bo Reese from Princeton, NJ
I tried a lot of them in the same price range Belkin, D-Link, Hawking to name a few, but ended up to sell all of them on Ebay after trial use, I had US Robotics USR5425 that died on me twice (it was very good while it worked), I want it to replace it but the cost now is over $50 and there is no rebate. So I decided to try this one based on the reviews (I've never heard of the Zonet before). I think it isgreat!!!... easy to install with option of Zero config(I picked)... just download latest drivers from their website. The range is great; picks and hold even very weak signals. I think it is well worth money I spend.

5 of 5 Pretty nice adapter... Wednesday, April 30, 2008 Georgi from Portland, OR
USB so easy to install. Software is a little screwy but I just use the Microsoft zero configuration and works great! Range is good. Speed is great... Quite happy with the purchase... I hope this helps some of you... Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great value Friday, March 14, 2008 Robin from Merrick, NY
Bought this as a replacement for my son's Linksys WUSB54G on his desktop PC. He had been complaining of frequent slow and dropped connections. I wanted to stick with USB, rather than a PCI card, so as to be able to move the adapter around to find the best position.
Very easy installation and setup. Moreover he says it has not let him down once so far. Great value at around half the price of the Linksys. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Excellent Adapter! Monday, November 06, 2006 A Customer from Hayward, CA
I was looking for a PCI one since generally it's better than USB. I couldn't find any that I liked based on price and good reviews but I'm glad I stumbled on this one (mostly newegg/amazon reviews). This is a very small unit, it can fit in a shirt pocket, very portable. Inexpensive. Most of all the performance is outstanding, I get 54mbps all the time from the Buffalo router (3 walls), no dropouts, 100% link quality. You have to download the newer drivers from their website and not install the one from the CD, plug it in, encrypt, and I'm good to go w/ the cleanest reception I've had. I will buy this again without hesitation. PS. Getting 54mbps is a matter of centimeters, you have to find the sweet spot. Was this review helpful?
