While the card is a little large, as in length wise (I actually have it wedged into the HD storage area, had to move 2 hard drives out of the way to make it fit), it improves the versatility of my operation 10-fold.
I have 2 X 22-inch LCDs mounted side by side, the left is vertical and the right is horizontal. The desktop is set to "span" so you can use the entire space.
My performance on email and websites is much faster on the vertical screen while photoshop and dreamweaver do very well on the wide part.
The card has a wicked fan on it that kicks in pretty loud when you boot up but after that it's not that loud - pretty hot, but look at what you got!
