5 of 5 A must-have for wireless controllers Wednesday, May 21, 2008 Danny from Puyallup, WA
It uses a USB port to charge, whether you use a USB port from the front/back of your Xbox 360, a laptop, or a PC, is up to you.
For me, it will even charge when the Xbox 360 is not turned on, but I've heard that doesn't work for everyone. Not a big deal though, if the battery is getting low, just plug it in and continue to play, a couple hours later it's fully charge and you don't have to worry about it for a week or two.
There's no possible way I would ever buy another wireless controller without adding this to the cart first. Was this review helpful?

The description doesn't mention that these cables plug into the usb port of your 360 (the video does now). When I received the two that I ordered, I considered sending them back because the directions say you need to have your 360 on to charge. Then I tried plugging them into my computer and they charge just fine! That's probably not recommended but I've charged both of my controllers a few times and haven't had any problems. The cables are very long so you can easily "play and charge" if the batteries run out on you. Was this review helpful?
