awesome piece; more matte than I had expected, but still works awesome (I mean, how couldn't it? it's a faceplate... not made by Microsoft, but it fits perfectly). why do I think it's awesome? cause now I'm not staring at a blatantly not-black console sitting on top of my entertainment center, next to my PS3, with my HDDVR DirecTV box below it, Sony soundbar A/V system, and my Samsung DLP... oh, and yes, everything is black, including the entertainment center. This is a fantastic faceplate, I have two other after market faceplates which I like a lot and this one seems to be made a lot better than those. I think it might even be as good or better quality than the original white one it came with. I was thinking about blacking out the memory card letters before I got it but after seeing it I am more than happy with the way it is, it almost looks silver (it looks nicer in person than in the picture). I am very happy overall with the purchase (quality, style and price). The shipping was pretty decent too, I received it exactly one week after I ordered it. I will definately order from Buy.com again in the future. Was this review helpful?

Im so impressed with this faceplate that I had to write a review..in one word, awesome! Looks identical to an XBox 360 Elite. I actually like the fact that the "Memory Card" is in white lettering, its so small you can barely see it anyway, but I think it looks pretty cool. The black on it is the same flat black that the elite has, the only shiny part being around the power button.
One word of advice, BUY IT FROM THEIR EBAY STORE! Buy.com has this for 2 bucks cheaper on their ebay store, and when I found this out, they told me "They do not price match themselves"...
So overall this faceplate is great. Buy.com customer support, on the other hand, leaves MUUCCHH to be desired. Last time I buy through them.. Was this review helpful?

Nice faceplate and good quality. Solid black except for the white lettering to label the memory slots A & B. Fits perfectly and is simple to install. Great for anyone trying to match their 360 with the rest of their a/v equipment or someone who just wants a black faceplate. Plus the price is unbeatable. Was this review helpful?
