I am using it for 2nd year...left hand clicks the mouse buttons, right hand traces the mouse path with the trackball....load is balanced...Very good for reducing wrist strains of constant mousing. Cons : Delicate due to the complexity of the built. Use it properly, do not abuse it as a keyboard.
