What should have been a very simple clean install involved having to return the product and then spending nearly two hours on the phone with tech support. All because of the security settings on the existing MS OS on the laptop that refused to recognize the valid product key. If MS is going to have this kind of system security in their various OS, then they need to rewrite their install instructions to handle it and not make what should have bee a one-hour exercise into nearly 3 weeks of returns, RMAs and tech support. After a brief install over the home edition, this software was jammin. Picked out unregistered software on my laptop,incomplete software, and unsafe software. Runs like a champ and was easy to install. I added a Linksys wireless access router ang network printer in a matter of minutes--soeasy to use and love it.Interaction with Office programs and internet outstanding-a must for the power users.
