Author Bio
William Wegman
William Wegman is famous for taking picture of his pet Weimaraners. His first dog, Man Ray, starred not only in Wegman's photographs but also in a number of short films by the artist. Wegman's photographs, paintings, and drawings have been exhibited in museums and galleries including the Whitney Museum in New York. Wegman's first book picture book, 1991's CINDERELLA, a retelling of the familiar tale, is illustrated with photographs of Weimaraners dressed as characters from the story. Wegman has a B.F.A. from the Massachusetts College of Art, Boston and an M.F.A. from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
