WILD THINGS: Wildly popular at the box office, this sexy black comedy-thriller revolves around a seemingly virtuous but undeniably attractive high school guidance counselor (Matt Dillon) who is accused of raping two of his young female students (Denise Richards, Neve Campbell). Bill Murray (LOST IN TRANSLATION, THE LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU) plays an oddball attorney, who, with Detective Ray Duquette (Kevin Bacon), comes to Lombardo's aid, unraveling a much larger blackmail scheme involving some of the town's least suspicious residents. The film features director John McNaughton's (HENRY PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER, NORMAL LIFE) best talents: sinuous, layered storytelling, racy cinematography, and shocking plot twists. WILD THINGS 2: In this sequel to the 1998 film, Susan Ward (THE IN CROWD) and Leila Arcieri (DADDY DAY CARE) star as two sultry Florida high school girls who orchestrate a murderous plan to win an inheritance, only to find themselves embroiled in a deadly whirlpool of blackmail and sex with a sleazy insurance investigator. WILD THINGS: DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH: Loosely inspired by the original and its sequel, this film explores similar themes of sex, deception, and blackmail. Set in Blue Bay, Florida, the film stars Dina Meyers, Linden Ashby, and Sandra McCoy. When 17-year-old Marie is drawn in by newcomer Elena's mesmerizing spell, she finds herself caught in the middle of a criminal web.
