We bought this game mainly (believe it or not) for Cow Riding game. My mom fall in love with it, and although graphics are not anything special, we seem to play it lately more then Sports. It has 9 games, from which we constantly play 4 of them: games like shooting, fishing, cow riding and pool are our favorites. Additional controller came as bonus. Games are pretty easy for any age, do not require extreme movement, and it's more about learning and having control over remote.We are still learning special tricks with some games, that do give you more points, but although easy and "light", they can be still challenging once high score is reached. Table tennis was disappointing, but pool was great to teach my mom about rules and give some tips for playing game in real life. And yes, games can be played as single player or 2 players. Cow riding is very funny to even imagine. To sum it up, this is probably not as much fun and challenging as Wii Sports game, because it is asking for more mental effort along with control of movements ( each game seems to be different challenging then the one before ( there are same points for each colored fish, but you never know what fish is coming in as you play new game).

We bought this for my husband for Christmas. The intent was for it to compliment the new Wii System and other games we'd gotten him. I was surprised that, along with the Mario Kart game, it was the game package that all of us seemed to enjoy the most. My husband was able to hold his own playing pool against our 19 year old, a seasoned gamer. I, on the other side of the spectrum, am a complete gaming novice but was able to easily play (and beat, I might add) both of them in the fishing and the skeet shooting games. The air hockey game was easy for me to pick up and yet offered enough challenges in mastering the tricks to keep all of us entertained for some time. We will soon be having friends over with young children, 4 to 8 years old, and I fully expect that they will enjoy the experience as well...most likely the games that I was able to learn. Having the game packaged with an additional controller was a very nice extra bonus since the equipment itself, if purchased alone, would cost just slightly less than the entire package! If you are gonna buy a extra remote (Ya gotta have at least 2 with a wii. It's no fun playing with yourself..............I'm talking about video games.) For 10 bucks more...........the games are ok. I like the ping pong, laser hockey, and target shooting game. The rest are crap. You can play 1 or 2 player. It helps give you the feel of the wii remote if you are new to it. 10 bucks well spent. I read a review saying you can't play any game you want. You only have to play a game once to unlock the next. Then once they are unlocked, you got em all and can play any 1 you want. Bought this because it came with extra remote and looked like fun games. First of all, you cannot just choose the games you want to play. This is like a test - you must do the games in order to "unlock other games". You must start with the duck shooting in order to use the 2nd game and go in order to unlock each game. Very annoying. Also, the ping pong is just you hitting back the ball - like a test - not a real game playing an opponent.
Not worth the extra money - just buy an extra remote if that's why you're buying this pkg. Was this review helpful?

The games are fairly easy to master and fun for all playing. Only Con I have is that I am slightly confused on the use of more than two remotes. Game instructions indicate you can use more than two but "more" button is greyed out and it seems the max remotes is two.
