4 of 5 Great price and decent charge life Friday, April 18, 2008
A Gamer from Akron, OH
The only CON is the charge life doesn't seem as long as a Duracell other than that it is a fine product.

1 of 5 Better buy soundproofing for this loud fan! Thursday, April 17, 2008
A Gamer from Cape Cod, MA
The Wii Dual Charge Station and Turbo Cooler is a great concept. Charge your included batteries and cool your Wii at the same time. The problem is that as with many other multi-tasking gadgets, this product isn't good at any of them. Pros: The batteries are great - good charge life as advertised. Cons: 1)Fan is excessively loud and will not shut off unless you reach behind the charging base and unplug it. 2)Switch for blue light on base is also inconviently located on the back - but at least you don't have to unplug it. 3)Wii controllers have to be "de-skinned" to fit into the charger, and the strap must be manipulated to allow contact for charging. My advise is forget about cooling your Wii because it uses very little power anyway and does not run hot like the 360. Buy a single or dual charge station that will pay for itself in battery savings.

5 of 5 EXCELLENT ADDITION Wednesday, April 16, 2008
i617@cox.net from Norfolk, VA
This product is a excellent choice for your Wii system. It is easy to set up and your remotes slides in with ease, even with the straps. The blue light technology gives it a nice effect that glows in the dark. The charger lets you know when it is fully charged so you don,t have to guess. If they came out with a 4-remote charger I would buy it.

3 of 5 Great after soldering the fan cable to the switch Monday, April 14, 2008
Marlon from Antioch, TN
Works great after making the modification to the fan cable. **** Make sure you solder the BLACK (-) Fan cable from the board to the pin that has the RED (+) on the switch.**** Like it was mentioned before if you dont it will run all the time while it has power. If you solder it to the black one you do nothing since electricity flows from - to +, so the black one always has electricity and you want to give power to the fan only when the switch is turned on. Hence the red wire pin instead of the black. Intec, please read the reviews on your product every where I saw a review there was the soldering part mentioned.

1 of 5 Fan Modification + or - Saturday, March 22, 2008
Gordon Well from Murrieta, CA
Tom35, I believe you are mistaken, I believe you need to use the ground (-) wire from the fan and connect it to the red wire side of the light switch. Note: the other side of the switch, the non switched side, has the black ground wire running to it. Why intec chose to use a red wire on the switched side is beyond me, but, so is having to do this mod at all. If the wrong wire is used from the fan to the switch the fan shouldn't run at all. Maybe the next guy to modify will correct me.

3 of 5 Clarification on Modification Monday, February 25, 2008
tom35 from Bristol, CT
Be sure you are disconnecting the black (+) fan wire from the circuit board and solder it to the on/off switch where the red wires from the blue light are already soldered. This modification was simple and anyone with a soldering gun should be able to do it in less then 10 minutes. I give the charging station a 3 star review due to me having to do this modification that should have been done at the factory. If the on/off switch actually controlled the fan and the blue light with me having to do anything, I would have given this unit a 5 star review

1 of 5 Could be awesome Monday, February 18, 2008
Henkster from Tucson
What's up with the fan running 24/7? Come on Intec get your heads out of the sand and fix this awesome cooling/ charging unit. Make it so the fan can be turned off when not in use! Read the review from the Gamer from Tulsa, (if your soldering challenged don't try it) he should apply at Intec! I e-mailed Intec to see if there was a fix, no reply, day 22 and counting!Buy at your own risk!

4 of 5 COME ON NINTENDO Wednesday, February 13, 2008
Kittie from Rockville
Nintendo has been making game consoles, games, and accesories for years now and they make it with every intention that these things get beat to all hell which they do but they were not really thinking when they made this product. The fan is always running the only way to shut it off is to disconnect it. and the neon blue light really cool but very unnessary. it would be better if the blue light came on when the fan was on but nope you have to turn it on and off your self and i dont even bother have the time cuz there isno point. the chargers good idea that i do like hence the reason why i gave it an overall 4 and not a 3 or 2

5 of 5 Lasting Fun Wednesday, February 13, 2008
Scott from Valencia, CA
This isn't a game of course and not even the game console itself. But if you want to play a lot and not burn through batteries this is the deal. Keep your Wii cool and controllers charged with the rechargable batteries. Definite recommendation.

4 of 5 Wicked Tuesday, January 29, 2008
Vicky from Silver Spring
I like the chargable batteries and the compartment to charge them. the neon blue light to give it that wicked look makes it even more nice i dont like how the fan run ALL the time cuz it has a high pitch whine to it but it was easy to get use to. it took 3 weeks for the delivery which pissed me off just a bit when they said 3 to 5 but its worth it being able to play and not worry if i have extra battires laying around the house just in case.

1 of 5 Hey Gamer from Tulsa Tuesday, January 29, 2008
Gordon Well from Murrieta, CA
Heres what I did, pull the sticky feet off the bottom, take the unit apart, disconect the fans GROUND wire from the circuit board, and resolder it to the switched side of the light switch at the back of the unit. The switch does nothing more than complete the ground for the light so no harm. Now the fan and light will turn on and off with the switch. Worked for me! Ya think Intec will catch on!

1 of 5 Engineers messed this one up Friday, January 18, 2008
Gordon Well from Murrieta, CA
Great design, cool look, functionality stinks, someone got the wires crossed in this design. This model splits the Wiis 110v power cord so it does leave the USB ports free, but.... Heres what you have: a fan that never shuts off unless you unplug the Wii from the wall. A power switch that turns a light on and off, thats it, and a charging station that doesn't charge unless you leave the Wii itself on. Stupid The charging should stay on all the time and the light and fan should turn on and off with the power switch or with the Wii!! Emailed CS, Carlos told me to unplug the USB cable to shut the fan off, what?? (Refer to my first sentence) Hek of a design guys or gals.
