3.3 of 5 Average device if you really need it! 6/12/2009
Eric from South Florida
I was totally stoked when I saw this go on sale. I have the ipod touch and wanted a wireless connection to a pair of stereo bluetooth headphones. Little did i know that Apple would unlock the service in their next os upgrade. The wiRevo device works okay if you're indoors up to 20 feet but if you go outside you may get 6 feet away before loosing signal. I use this on bike rides and the device is at most 2 feet from the headphone and can loose signal just by turning my head. It's annoying when the song cuts out when you're looking for traffic. I have to admit that the motorola s9 headphones play a 50% part in this review and i will only know when i upgrade to apple's os3 for the ipod, if it was the wiRevo or Motorola that was giving me average results.

4.7 of 5 So easy to use, even my 6 year old is an expert 4/27/2009
from Bethesda, MD
Very easy to use. The fact that it can charge the iPod/iPhone while in use is great. So nice, that I bought a 3rd one for use with my nano when I go running. Paired easily with several different Moto head phones. Only drawback is that it does not lock into place into the iPod/iPhone.

This item works great with my iPhone. It synced wonderfully with my Motorola S9 headphones. The distance range for bluetooth is good as well. I use it at the gym.

Jus another guy from Boston, MA
I just got it today and used it with my itouch and MOTOROKR S9 Bluetooth Stereo Headset. it was at first getting touch to pair them but after a few attempt it finally did. After that it was just great.I also tried it with my mum's older version of ipod nano and it worked great with it too..

5 of 5 Great price & product works well. 4/5/2009
Richard from Visalia, CA
Only one minor qualification. The size of the product required enlarging the dock connector opening on bottom of my iPod case. Otherwise, It would be necessary to remove the iPod from the case. Still, because of the price, I'm glad I opted for this model rather than the more expensive Sony product.

5 of 5 It works!! 4/1/2009
Niki from North Carolina
This product works just like it says it does. I had no problem setting it up with my iPod 2nd Gen and my IoGear bluetooth wireless headphones. Great sound and stays connected. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer. But this hasn't really been a problem, just a surprise when it suddenly needs charging.

Great product. Works with both my iPod classic (5th generation) and my iPhone (although you have to put the phone in airport mode).

Van from St. Louis, MO
Shipped very fast. I've had the adapter for 2 weeks and it has worked flawlessly. I use the adapter with my old iPod mini & Motorkr S9 and have no complaints. Best of all, NO WIRES!

4.3 of 5 A bit clunky, but it gets the job done 3/17/2009
matt from olathe, kansas
On the positive side, it works as promised--syncs my iTouch with my Insignia wireless headphones without too much trouble (I end up just pushing buttons and eventually it connects) and it sounds great, and I can walk from the basement of our house to the 3rd floor with no signal interruption or degradation.
Cons: it's a bit clunky--bigger than I expected--and if you have any kind of a protective case on your device, it makes for a less-than-perfectly-snug fit. I suspect if I had no case it would be a tighter fit, but as it is, I always feel like it's going to fall out.
So given that I can't really use it at the gym, which would have been ideal, it performs very well. For the price, a good deal.

5 of 5 Totally Worth it! 3/2/2009
Dany D from Riverside, CA
I have to say this product works great with my Insignia bluetooth headphones..Very easy to set up. I have been waiting for a bluetooth adapter that is at least under $60 bucks and look I found this item at a very decent $20!! Very good price if your just looking to get rid of wires and just catching up wit the bluetooth generation. You wont be disappointed =)

4.7 of 5 Super Bluetooth solution 2/24/2009
P Watford from New Britian, CT
I shopped around looking for a Bluetooth adapter to use with the headphone I already own, and my new iPod Touch. This was exactly what I wanted.
The range is great, I can walk from living room to kitchen to bedroom without losing the signal. The pairing was a little tricky. You need to hold the tiny button until it starts blinking red/blue. The button is tiny, but you only need to this the first time.
On my Touch 2G the fit is a little loose. Not a deal breaker, but I have to remove my hard case. I just trimmed a silicone case to use when I need to carry it around.
I have not tried to use this to make voip calls, so I can't talk to that, but I've heard this would work.
I'm incredibly happy with this purchase.

5 of 5 This thing Rocks 2/15/2009
Paul Bahre from Granby, CT
OK I got to break the wire tether that was part of the IPOD experience. This products coupled with the Motorola S9 Blue Tooth headset is a really good combo. I can just place the ipod on the desk and walk around a 15 to 25 foot radios and still hear my tunes. The sound is really good, as good as if it were wired.
Just remember this, if you use your BT headphones for telephone service. pair it with your telephone first, then with this device. That way there if you get a phone while listening to your IPOD, the phone call will cut in and you can answer your phone. When done you go back to your tunes. It rocks.

4.3 of 5 GOOD UNIT BUT THERE IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT 2/10/2009
Bob from Nokomis, Florida
The unit is functional but the button you push to turn it on/off and to pair it is too small for a finger. You need hard nails or an object. Pairing with the head set takes some practice: in-that if you have a Blue Tooth cell phone in the vacinity you MUST turn the phone off first or the pairing doesn't work. With some practice it becomes more automatic. Once paired for the use period it works well ... BUT it can wiggle loose if you have the iPod in your pocket. I use an elastic band to keep it firmly attached. I still recommend it to friends along with a good set of Blue Tooth headphones. A GREAT PAIR OF DEVICES.

5 of 5 Works like a champ - right out of thbox 2/10/2009
Tom from San Francisco, CA
This adapter was super easy to install - just set your device into pairing mode and the adapter finds and remembers it. It allows my bluetooth headset to start, stop and change songs as well as remote volume adjustment. A great product. I'm using it on an iPod Touch - 2nd generation.
