First I want to say something about the video review for this television. Startup time is long only when you have this set in power saver mode, it saves a good amount of wattage when the tv is off, but it prolongs the startup process. If you place this set in regular mode, startup occurs in less than a second.
This set is a great value, it has amazing picture display, connectivity and options for the average consumer of HD television. It is well worth the price. Was this review helpful?

This has been my first HDTV purchase and it has performed wonderfully. I have been able to connect an upscaling DVD player via HDMI, a Media Center PC with HD-DVD & BluRay via the other HDMI port, a Wii and PS2 via component inputs and a VCR and Gamecube via RCA inputs.
