Paroled after having spent six years in prison for the murder of her husband, socialite Molly Lasch (Brandy Ledford) vows to prove her innocence and track down the real killer--at any cost. With the help of her high school friend, investigative reporter Fran Simmons (Laura Leighton), Molly slowly begins to remember the events of that terrible night. But as they inch closer to uncovering the truth, Fran and Molly are drawn deeper into a web of lies, conspiracy, obsession and murder that could cost both women their lives.

Though she served six years for the murder of her husband, Molly Lasch (Brandy Ledford, Baywatch) maintains that she's innocent. With help from Fran Simmons (Laura Leighton, Melrose Place) a reporter with whom she went to high school, Molly sets out to find her husband's true killer. But as the clues begin to turn up and they get closer and closer to some answers, the two women become more and more ensnared in a dangerous conspiracy that could eventually kill them. This Pax-TV movie is based on the novel by Mary Higgins Clark.
